We thank this owner for taking the time to write to us and provide us with their comments concerning our new owner dashboardTheir feedback is greatly appreciated as we are always trying to improve our service to be more accommodating to our customersWe recently removed the rates tab in response to feedback from travelersTravelers found the rates tables confusing and would rather use the booking form to enter their dates of stayBecause online booking is not enabled for your listing, we are leaving the booking process up to youWhen a traveler inquires about specific dates of stay, we will display the lowest nightly rate you’ve set for that month, but you will need to reply with the total cost of the stayIf you’d like to enable online booking so that travelers are quoted the total cost of booking your property, you will need to add a deposit methodHowever, our engineers are currently in the process of improving the inquiry form so that travelers will be quoted the total rental cost based on your rates before inquiringFlipKey does have message templates that are available for your use in your account, however they not required and are customizableThe templates can be edited and saved within the Booking Settings tab of your account or you can always opt out of using those templates when you reply to any message There is also the ability to block any inquiries from being sent to you if the dates are marked as blocked in your calendarYou can change this setting in the Contact Settings section of your account and check the box so that any inquires are not able to be sent for unavailable calendar dates.We sincerely apologize for the difficulties in being able to contact our customer service, wanted to assure you that we are expanding our support staff to better meet your needs We can be contacted through [redacted]

In response to this complaint and desired resolution we deactivated the property on 6th April 2015. See evidence below, this screenshot has been taken from the internal system we use. This audits activation and deactivation of properties. -It is true that this consumer received exposure on the TripAdvisor website as a result of signing up with [redacted] , the exposure on the TripAdvisor platform did not come at an additional cost to the consumer. -At the time of their complaint we can confirm that [redacted] advertisers were given a brand new account layout, this came with the migration from [redacted] s old system over to TripAdvisors new system. At the time we were welcoming feedback from all [redacted] advertisers regarding the new layout and considering changes based on feedback. -The consumer also expressed dissatisfaction with the increase of our Subscription price. We did increase this in 2015. We offer more than one account type the advertiser could have converted too, one of which is free to advertise and they can pay us commission on each booking they process through us. After doing further investigation on Mrs*** listing, it can be confirmed that no new inquiries have appeared in her account since April 4th. Any inquiries that continue to arrive in the account are replies and correspondence already in progress from past clients. The account is no longer live on our website and therefore no guest can see their response rate (of 95%) or inquire on their property. Mrs*** can reach out to us directly for any further clarification

I am sorry to continue this as we really want this resolved as soon as possible Our property is still available for viewing on the TripAdvisor websiteInquiries are still able to be made as other people have gone to the website for me and are able to view the property for inquiry Therefore, it is not a problem with us receiving the inquiries, we aren't but you are missing the problem It is that people can still view our property for inquiry and therefore if we don't answer them because you haven't provided them the correct information that we are no longer receiving inquiries via *** and therefore TripAdvisor, you are giving our potential renters a sense of who we are as owners/landlords We want our listing to be removed from viewing on TripAdvisor and you obviously haven't provided that solution Please provide that response as soon as possible and we can mutually come to an agreement that this issue has been resolved

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments belowWhat I don't accept is them asking me to do supply them with all the documents that I have already supplied to them to prove this is a fraudlent review. *** is doing a very poor job these days at running their businessThey are asking me to jump through hoops that I have already done My assistant and I compiled all the email proving that the guest did not stay at the property and how she fabricated the story she fabricatedWe provided documentation proving she was given a full refund when she wrote in the review that she did not receive anything Their review staff did not even take the time to read the documents and basicially refused to return my emails when I repeatedly keep telling them she did not stay there and did get all of her money backSo now they are asking me to waste more of my time to do it all over again and that is very unfair to me and my staffI even got a mail from customer service the other day telling me to contact the review staff again I responded to the case telling them I had done it and I got an auto response telling me there was no open case even though they had just sent the email the day prior So why can't someone at *** who cares, go back and find all of the documents that I already sent and actually read them Our explaination is very clear at why she did this review It states in our complaint to them that she simply wanted to stay where she was staying prior and not moveShe had agreed to stay at our property and paid It was all about convenience to her but just not wanting to come is not an allowed reason to cancel in the agreement she agreed to So the day prior she came over to the property and made up some story about a dangerous inclineIt was pathetic We have hundreds of guests every year and it doesn't exist Even her husband, who she said couldn't walk up the path, said it wasn't a big deal So agreed to show up the next day and check in (you have the emails proving it) and then didn'ts show and then just keep bhing so I gave her a 100% refund just to make her go away She states in the reivew she got nothing back Its now been months that I have been flighing *** on this and they won't read the document and I have found several places in their terms where it says people hav to had stayed to review So as a last resort I just took the listing down My owner is not happyI lost my money on the listing and *** could care less You would think that a customer with about listings would be treated with respectI'm not acting for specail treatmentI'm jsut asking your review staff to actully do their job and be fair to owners and agents and not just vengeful travelers.

the funds up to 5 working days after the initial transaction is made. This varies from bank to bank and we can only advise to contact them to discuss this further. Hello Ms. [redacted], Thank you kindly for your feedback. In this case it does appear that the hotel made the decision to provide you with a twin-bedded room. We have attached the requests from both TripAdvisor as well as our partner [redacted] that were sent to the hotel, both of which designated a queen-bedded room. It would seem that the hotel did not have the type of room you requested available upon check-in, but we do want to reiterate that this information was indeed provided to the hotel. Kind regards, TripAdvisor Customer Relations Department

required, the owner unfortunately accepted the booking request. For this reason, the booking should have been cancelled at this point of contact.  The $150 cancellation fee is applied to owners who cancel bookings, this fee should not be covered by a traveler.   I'm not trying to be rude but you just lying to myself and the Revdex.com you said that someone would be in touch with me and would be able to give me more information  that is the exact opposite of what happened someone did finally get back to me in the middle of the night they think in email and all they said is were sorry for your inconvenience but it's a secret they can't tell me why they can't tell me if I broke a rule they can't even tell me why my review was  selected the thing years in the last week I've received two emails telling me that fellow users have flagged two different reviews after reviewing hundreds of locations and never having an issue all the sudden in one week there are two to reviews being questioned that doesn't seem a little odd to you and then you message me and tell me that it's some secret I don't want to know the formula for your companies algorithms that you use to  identify suspicious reviews  but refusing to tell me what I did wrong and how old am I expected to correct the issue I am under the impression that the review was fine so I would appreciate it if you would have somebody actually do what you said actually give me some more information and/or post my review I have looked at the review again I'm discussing some of the shortcomings issues with breakfast  this Wi-Fi  but I also mention that the location is great I didn't use any foul language I didn't specifically name anyone particular person if it's a question about me actually staying at the hotel again I can provide hotel confirmations so I need somebody to actually tell me what's wrong with this review
