I reject your response and reiterate my stance as well. I did not violate any of your rules and request specifically why my post was rejected. Two things your responses appear to me (I) you refuse to post anything negative about this business and (II) you have no idea what's going on in your organization to respond to my last note by saying I had the wrong company, which I obviously do not. I don't know who in this organization is responding but it appears to be different people each time. Unless I get a very specific reason as to why my post was rejected, I will reject any future rebuttals especially since they all seem to be stock answers.

We regret this guest's frustration with getting their deposit back and wanted to help.  FlipKey automatically release refundable damage deposits once 10 days have passed after check-out. This holding period gives the owner 7 days to access the property after a guest checks out to ensure there...

The additional 3 days allow ample time for us to process a claim if necessary.Mr. [redacted]'s full $300 damage deposit was released on March 17th, 2015 back to the original card they used to make the payment. Once the funds are released from FlipKey, they typically take 7-10 business days to get processed back into a guests's account. I believe you are taking this matter as a joke.  This company TripAdvisor has responded that I missed my deadline, yet I have proven my payment was sent in before the deadline.   I believe that My Name, Email address, destination and dates of destination were stolen by a TripAdvisor employee, using my personal information for there own profit.  This has to stop.  I believe with all the insurance described on the website, something should be done your satisfy the customer.  [redacted]

This still does not address the multiple technical issues the constantly occur as well as the system needs to be slightly modified make it more user and owner friendly.  Additionally, I had to manually do a "work around" so that the number of inquiries are reduced.  I have tried to speak to someone in technical support and they just state that this is the way the system is and he cannot do anything about it.  With the complaint here with the Revdex.com, I asked that someone CALL ME to discuss the issues.  They are not understanding what I am trying to explain electronically.  I only want a PHONE CALL from someone that understands the system and who has AUTHORITY to apply constructive ideas for changes that may in turn help its clients.
