I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. for now the business has not shown any intention to solve the issue, it has put off reviews following its rules, out of abusive businesses lobbying obviously, one of these has many high rate shill reviews (may use no meeting as reason to get review offline, yet no meet is the result of this business wasting time), the other takes cancellation fees off contract (may use 'threats' or no stay as pretexts to get review offline, not true on 'threats' an invention, money sent without stay allows review if money not returned), if this busineess won't reinstate reviews to launch lawsuit, show the issue to media on this unknown reality of this business

I am writing to you in regards to unresolved complaint #[redacted] with customer [redacted]. The customer contacted us on July 27th of this year to inform us she had booked a property in Maine in error at a cost of $1,319.35 USD. As a possible refund is up to the discretion of...

the homeowner the customer booked with, we contacted the homeowner to inquire if they would be willing to issue one. The homeowner agreed, and due to the circumstance we offered Ms. [redacted] a refund in full, including all fees, which was subsequently processed on August 3rd. We made multiple attempts to contact the customer to inform this refund had been issued; those attempts were unsuccessful. I would note here that in this instance we released a full refund of $514.35 USD when the customer was only requesting $400.00 USD, as we agreed to refund our non-refundable booking fee in addition to the funds the customer was due after we received the required confirmation from the homeowner. Would the Revdex.com require a certain kind of evidence or documentation to confirm such a refund has been released back to the customer? We have not received a reason why you would like rejected our response, please could you clarify this by providing further details. Our offer which has been detailed in this case as a phishing/spam scheme which is making use  of the TripAdvisor brand, and is in no way affiliated with our company. Banking & credit companies  regularly experience these same type of attacks, as do other services doing business that conduct business via telephones and e-commerce. In response, we investigate ploys of this nature and leverage our legal department to stop their activity. Hello,complain was not resolved and nobody approached us from Trip Advisor. Still not clear to me if the company do any back up check. It seems that many vacation properties are just a false advertisement. II believe it is a serious security issue.
