Thank you for responding to us.We do not believe the offer is fair for 3 reasons:1) You did not follow the american express card/merchant agreement protocols2) We received a defective vehicle that costs us hours of delays and a lot of discomfort3) We have tried tirelessly to contact your organization through various routes and we have not been able to get ahold of anyone.  The customer relations people are rude and direct you to the local office where they don't answer their phones.We think a fair resolution is 50%.

We have reviewed the account and are grateful for the feedback as the two services have been paid for we have closed the account and removed the 134 early termination fee for not completing the 12 month agreement. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do for you.

Review: My monthly fee is supposed to be $29.99. However, on the first month, they have debited $39.99 from my debit card. I contacted and spoke with one of the reps regarding this issue on June 17th. He promised me that this would be corrected next month and would also refund $10.00 towards my next monthly fee. When I reviewed my bank statement today, they have deducted my back account for $39.99 for July. I have left messages to the number and could not speak to a live person. When I called in June, I also requested to change my debit card information but this month, they are deducting from my OLD debit card. This has been very frustrating and I need my money back.Desired Settlement: I will need my refund for the previous and current month ASAP. They will need to correct the monthly fee from $39.99 to $29.99 in their system and also updated my debit card information.

When we found out about this we called the customer and gave them a free service for the next month and then we changed the monthly payment price so everything should be good to go.

This company goes above and beyond for all of their customers. They really make you feel like you're apart of their family. Their products are absolutely amazing, and they really only use the best of the best pesticides on your home. And even better yet everything is all organic and are derived from a certain type of flower! Totally safe for your family and pets! It only targets cold blooded creatures and it really gets rid of them! Truforce really is the best of the best pest control company out there! Thank you Truforce!

Today (June 13th, 2015) I had my initial service by True Force, performed by Alex. He did a very professional job! I highly recommend True Force...and especially the service of Alex, for all Pest Control needs. I look forward to the return of True Force, and Alex in 30 days for my next service.

Horrible experience with this company. They didn't show up for my scheduled appointment, didn't call to let me know why, never sent the email they were supposed to send prior to my appointment. Meanwhile I had bug issues that needed immediate attention and this company failed miserably. It's too bad people like this are still in business.

We had a Salesman come to our door and offer a one time spray at the price of 39.99 he came into my home I told him I didn't want to sign any contracts he assured me I wasn't signing a contract he told me I was signing for the one time charge for the service with unlimited sprays for 30 days he guaranteed the product for 3 months the next month I saw a charge on my account I called true for pest control they had told me that I signed a year contract I told him that was impossible I told them our conversation they didn't seem to care I told them I wanted to cancel the contract right away and they let me the next month I saw another charge on my card I called them back they refunded me my money sent me a check I cancelled my credit card so it wouldn't happen again today I got a text message saying that there was a problem with my credit card they tried to charge my card again this is horrible horrible customer service. If the product is guaranteed for 3 months why is there a monthly charge and why do they come out monthly very curious about this.

Worst service ever! Whatever they spray kills NOTHING so re apply service guarantee is worthless. On top of that they left our gate open and our dog got out the last time they were here. I notified them, told them what happened and that I no longer wanted their service. For that I get to pay a cancellation fee. DO NOT sign an agreement with these people. Total waste of money, if not a downright scam.

Review: I will send a copy of a letter written to Tru Force requesting them to cease service at our home. The issue is one of safety/health. You will note that we requested they arrive ONLY when we are home as we have three dogs who might leave an open gate and one dog that bites people. We did not want our dogs hit by cars nor for the biter to get loose and harm a child or neighbor. We told two different servicemen the concerns and both were told to cancel the service. We have called the office more than once. They actually arrived a third time after being told to cancel the service. They said we could not cancel the contract. We do not understand how we are not legally allowed to cancel a contract which is endangering our home, our pets, and our neighborhood. Following is the text of the May 18, 2013 letter: The individual men who arrived were all very polite and helpful. It had nothing to do with personality. We have requested EVERY time to arrive within a set window of time (usually a two hour spread) as we have three dogs. One dog bites and has been reported to [redacted] Another dog runs away.

The last FOUR times the service has arrived, the service was late. On the fourth time, I specifically told the person that we could not take the risk of our dogs getting lose if we are not home when a person arrive. I said we would be unable to continue the service. He called the head office to ask if he was supposed to be there within a set time frame. A female on the phone confirmed (after an oooppps and checking records) that yes, indeed, he was not supposed to be there at the time he arrived. No one had told him.

There appears to be a huge lack of communication within the company. This last time when a man showed up unannounced, I told him we were canceling the service and could not complete nor start any job. I explained the situation which understood and was very polite in accepting. He said the office would want to know why. I told him I would gladly respond to an email as I do not answer our phone. The office called and apparently talked my husband into allowing someone to come this last fourth time.

You could guess what happened. He arrived late. I told my husband when he called I did not want anyone here, to cancel the service. My husband, being a kind compassionate man, let him complete the unrequested service at that time.

Please note: Your service is not longer required. Please do not call nor arrive anymore. You are in a competitive market ,and there are people/companies who would love to have our business and who are willing to arrive within a safe time range.

It is a shame as we actually saw a decrease in the number of insects.

We do not want to pay for the final visit which was after the above letter of May 18, 2013, phone calls, and face-to-face contact telling the men to cancel the service. We do NOT want them on our property under any circumstance. It is not a matter of money. It is a matter of safety and potential endangerment to our dogs and our neighbors. We need to understand how an individual cannot cancel a contract without penalty when the company has risked the security of our home. They put our home/family in peril. Perhaps sending us a copy of the contract would help wher it says we cannot cancel the contract in spite of TruForce making us vulnerable to harm. Honestly, we should have called the police when they entered our property without permission. They were verbally told and told in writing, requests that they ignored for their own benefits.

I had some questions about my service so I called in expecting to be put through the nightmarish run around you'd expect when calling a service provider. But what I got was not what I was expecting. I spoke with a gentleman named Greg. He was a pleasure to speak with and was more than helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me set up an appointment for next week. I would definitely suggest this business to other people.

Recently had dealings with TruForce. My wife was promised a service call, but we would be billed in a week and a half, when I got my next paycheck.

TruForce came out on the day arranged, took care of our entire house (upstairs/downstairs, inside and out) and even took out some cobwebs they found.

THEN, the next day my account had been charged for the service, which we had been promised would not happen.

I contacted the company, via email, explaining we appreciated the service but not being charged before we were promised we would be charged.

After one day, THE MONEY WAS BACK IN OUR ACCOUNT! Believe it, a company that does its job, as promised, then, when an error is made, they CORRECT it!!!

TruForce--a company with obvious integrity! I am now a customer for life!!

TruForce said they could be the pricing I had from another service. Turns out they were more expensive and the bugs were not going away as promised. Arranged a time frame to have them come out and spray, and they never showed nor called. I emailed them to cease and desist. The next day they sent me an email with an invoice for $179 that stated they sent to my home and sprayed inside and out after I told them to cease and desist a day prior. I sent and email back to them refusing to pay for this service. Their supervisor called me and said the $179 was for a cancellation fee. I explained the invoice said nothing about cancellation, instead showed they sprayed inside and out. I told the supervisor that I refused to pay $179 and for them to leave me alone. He said they would turn this invoice over to collections unless I maintained their services for at least six months from the initial agreement date. I will never sign a pest company agreement ever again.

Truforce is a great company ran by great people. I have never had any issues with the staff or with the service. The technician recenetly came out to do my intial service and went through everything step by step with me and really made me feel confident in the service. Then he came inside to spray and I really felt comfortable with him around, great with my kids and pets and respect towards all my items. Thank you Truforce and hopefully if they come out to spray you will see nick!

Review: On 6/25/14 I paid [redacted] by check in the amount of $341.88 for a full year service 6/2014 through 6/2015 as instructed by [redacted] in Sales. To date they keep sending me a bill for $29.99 with the last one received today, 7/25 , for the amount of $35.99 -including a $6 late charge. I spoke with their sales dept in AZ after I received 1st billing (6/25) and they said they hadn't received check yet from their service guy and to just ignore bills as it would be corrected once they got the check. I get another bill on 7/2 and another one on 7/10. Once again I call, this time I speak with [redacted] (my original sales contact) explaining situtation to him and he said he would code account as paid for year and I would not receive another bill. NOT the case I get another bill 7/25 with a late charge. How do I get this issue resolved? I'm in Colorado and services are provided by the Denver group.

Tru force pest control couldn't be a better company in any way possible. All of the technicians and office staff are extremely professional and really know their stuff. They make sure to answer every question that you may have as best as possible. They are constantly going above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. And if you don't feel that in any they didn't do a good enough job then they will send out another technician whenever you want to re-service your entire home. And every time that the technicians come out to spray, they completely answer all of my questions and run a step by step to what they are going to perform for the day. If you're looking to get rid of any bugs or critters around your home, then Truforce is the company for you!

Review: I called TruForce today to request them to send someone to my property to clear out couple dead mice in the window well. However, I was shocked to hear that they do not provide this service as a pest control company since this is what it normally covers by a pest control company, especially when I have an upgrade option of Mice Protection. As disappointed as I was, I asked to speak with someone regarding cancelling my contract. The rep advised that he is the manager and he could help me. I told him how dissatisfying I am with the service TruForce has provided and would like to terminate my contract. He advised me that there would be a cancellation charge of $100. I advised that I would rather pay this fee than continuing with the contract. However, he came back and said that it will actually be $159 because since I received my last service (spraying outside of my property) in June, I will have to pay the next 2 months of service charges because it is how their billing system is setup. On the Service Agreement that I have signed, it clearly stated that, “If the agreement is terminated after six months from the initial service, but before the full agreement period expires, I agree to pay the difference between the initial Flush Out Price ($179) and the Discounted Initial price ($79) I received on my first treatment.”

As a responsible consumer, I have paid my monthly charges of $29.99 per month since the contract has started. It is unreasonable and unethical to tag on 2 additional payments just because of how their billing system is setup. I have done my part as a consumer to pay my monthly payments and just because I want to terminate my contract when I am not happy with the service, I have to pay 2 additional payments because I just received my quarterly service in June. It is not my responsibility to understand how the billing system is setup at TruForce because I am only going off of my service agreement that I have signed and agreed. When I initially signed up for this service, I asked the salesperson specifically regarding the cancellation fee. I have asked him that if I were to cancel my contract anytime, the cancellation fee would only be $100. And I received a firmed response from him that it would only be $100, which is clearly stated on the service agreement.

I found this company is trying to minimize their loss for adding on 2 additional payments to my cancellation fee. As a responsible company, they have to honor what is written in the service agreement. The 2 additional payments language is nowhere to be found on the service agreement. I have done my part as a responsible consumer to pay my monthly payment of $29.99. They have to honor what is written in the service agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my contract immediately and would only agree to pay the cancellation fee that is stated on the service agreement that I signed on May 18, 2013, which is $100.

Review: they have set up multiple times to come out. they either do not show up when they have an appointment to, knock and when I am on the way down to open door-quickly stick a note to my screen and run off. I have even run after the employee yelling that I am here. they have accepted check payments and these have cleared the bank and they also have charged my credit card (double charging me) for a service which was not performed. I waited all day until 630pm on saturday (the appointment was 8am-12pm) at 620pm I left for church. when I returned I found his sticky note saying he performed the service. (i had requested for the inside of the house to be sprayed) there was absolutely no evidence that he had sprayed either. the poison would still be wet within an hour. I told Jay (the supervisor I spoke with regarding this ongoing problem), that I would pay with a check the 29$ fee after the work was performed. He is aware that the employee did not show up either time nor perform the service and yet he did an unauthorized transaction out of my bank account. this has gone on for nearly a year and I am done. I want my money back because there are still insects biting my grandchild in my house. they are not going to die if they never get sprayed. please help me with this.

I believe the year contract is up but every time I ask when it is up they change to another month. (the 89$ fee is charged at 29$ per month)
