Truffoire - Haleiwa

I heard my close friend telling the benefits of Truffle Eye Cream and I can see her dark circles have reduced drastically. I feel that I should definitely also give it a shot for once because it has my favorite ingredient – truffles.

At the end of February after going to Truffoire store twice to get informed I was forced in buying ,actually I went there to buy the moisturizer and I was pushed on a chair after I paid the moisturizer and the store manager start trying some products on my skin including a light instrument .All this time she never returned the card to me and in the end without asking just went and told me all the products including the light therapy will do wonders to me and she run my card without asking .
She asked my husband to put our address on a form and we left next day the island .After 10 days we received the products and the light therapy devise .Everything was way out our league but I try to see if at least my skin will get better . In 45 days since I use all these I start developing acne. I never had in my life acne ,Initially started on the right cheek and now I have on the on the left one too.
So now after 4000$ out I have skin problems too. I try to contact on line the store or the company ,no answer .
I am very angry and frustrated ,corona virus or not this company looks irresponsible by not answering to complaints and the issues they created . I do not care about their policies but when they start hurting people and damaging the skin of their clients when they were suppose to keep in high regard it is a big problem for company image and clients health.

My skin is very sensitive and I start experiencing redness on my skin right after applying harsh products. Luckily, white truffle day moisturizer suits my skin really well. It made the texture of my skin smoother. Highly Recommended!!!

Truffoire skincare products not only smell good but also gave me the desired results. The cleanser concentrated on my skin tone and diminished the fine lines in a month. I’d suggest others to be a little patient and use a product for at least one month or a couple of weeks to see better results.

Great product and great customer service! About a month ago I have purchased the Black Truffle Syringe through a local authorized seller. When getting back home, I have found that the Syringe I received was empty or defective since it was not dispensing anything. Reached out to the Truffoire customer service and within 5 days I received a brand new replacement. Been using it for the last 2 weeks and enjoy it very very much.

I have used almost every eye cream available in the market but nothing worked out well for my dark circles and puffy eyes until I found truffoire.

I have visited the store in Hawaii in my last trip with my husband and I wanted to share my experience and thoughts here.

Before posting my review here I have went online and seen many negative reviews, some for their experience, some about the pricing or return policy etc, and while I saw them I really don't understand, at the end I have made my purchase for the value that I saw in it.

I have spent over $5,000 and could never be happier with my purchase, I have used many products in the past, cheaper ones, and expensive ones as well and could never stick to a product or products that I love and know that I would love to order more of.

You cant get mad at a return policy or aggresive sales if at the end of the day you are looking for results for yourself or being happy with how you look and feel.

Truffoire products are by far the BEST products I have ever used.

Don't hate the process of getting to know the products but actually see the value in them and be happy and thankful with yourself and being able to give your skin a true spoiling.

Love the Truffoire products specially the White Truffle collection and THANK YOU for the team in Honolulu who have introduced me to this amazing skincare line.

I was told the product would last two years. The product is almost empty. It says .46 oz. The salesperson pretended to put his cell phone number on a business card and it was just scribbling. I’m on vacation and continuously get approached by the same aggressive sakes people and when I refuse to take a sample they insult me as I walk away. ( Mayne you want this for your frown)

This is a scam purchased at pineville mall in pineville nc it does not work and they are using dr *** to sell it would not buy this product again

I purchased some items from the Truffoire store in Honolulu, on my receipts it states they have a 30 day refund policy. When I contacted the store to return the unopened products the manager of the Truffoire store said they do not have a return policy or refund policy. My two receipts from them state that they do. I contacted my credit card to help dispute these charges to return the products and the Truffoire company replied to the credit card company that they would exchange the products for other products but would not accept returns or give any refunds.

Bought eight facial products in the Hamptons. I started using it & realized the serums for eyes & facial peel contained only three uses. What a scam !!!!I like the product but I will never purchase again. I just can’t see how they stay in business. This seems to happen more often than not.

I have heard many good things about their products so got Volcanic Activating Serum. This is definitely a product that works as expected. I recommend.

They deserve negative stars-bad, bad people!!
Buyer beware of the scam they use to get you to buy their product in Hawaii.
Stay away from over acting LITTLE "Italian Guy" (That was most likely a lie too) to compensate for his ego and size.
Don't fall for the Opera story or he wants your picture as a success story.
If you use your credit card-stop payment-Im sure they get this all the time-these people should be runout of town

RUN, don’t walk away from these salespeople- ***, ***, ***, Truffoire, and the ***! I give these companies ZERO stars!
These companies are 3rd party sales companies who outsource the Truffoire products by the ***. The charge for these products will come from ***. The receipts will state: Return Policy: No refunds! No guarantee. I took all the products and they are all sealed. I did NOT take these products with me because I was traveling and I wasn’t checking my luggage. I was also never told that you could not return the products. You could not see that part of the bill when you signed it!
My salesperson, Moses or Moshe (he said both names) or whatever his real name may be, promised me all of my Truffoire products were on sale for 2 for 1. This was not true when I investigated. If I insisted that he give prices of his products he was always vague and under stated the price by at least 1/3. I paid for the products to be sent back however they were refused by the *** people so I am now having to pay an extremely high bill and have products that are of extremely low quality!
If there is any silver lining to this experience it is that my credit card company investigated the charges for me. I highly recommend the *** credit card!
