They are not accepting the fact that they STOLE MY MONEY! IN WHAT WORLD DO YOU BILL SOMEONE THE FULL AMOUNT YET DON'T SENT THEM ALL THE MERCHANDISE?!!!! ADDITIONALLY, THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS SENT WAS OF CHINA CHEAP QUALITY, NOT AS SHOWN/PICTURED THEY HAVE SAID THAT THE MISSING ITEMS WERE BACKORDER YET THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THE MISSING MERCHANDISE (OVER HALF THE ENTIRE ORDER)!!!! I OFFERED TO RETURN ALL MERCHANDISE THAT WAS SENT AT THEIR EXPENSE, BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO GIVE ME A REFUND OF THE FULL AMOUNT SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENT FROM THE BEGINNING!
