They keep delaying the product delivery date and still stating that it has been delivered to the Post Office but I have yet to receive the product.  If it isn't here by now then it will never arrive which is fine because I have requested a refund of which Twinkle Deals only refunded $10.00 out of the original amount deducted from my account.  This matter is will not be resolved until I get the remainder of what they took from my account.

Product has not been received I have been getting emails from [redacted] stating that the shipping status has changed and keeps putting the delivery date out by a day it was supposed to be delivered on the [redacted] of which it did not arrive then it was supposed to arrive on the [redacted] and it did not then on the [redacted] and the latest is the [redacted] of which it still has not been delivered.  I am sorry but I do not accept there response and fully believe that the product will never arrive.  I want a refund.

Complaint ID: [redacted] This issue has NOT been resolved!! I placed Order # [redacted] on March [redacted] 2017 for 4 items. On March [redacted] I received an email stating that 2 items had shipped but the other 2 had not. I waited and waited and then sent them a follow-up email on March [redacted] to find out what the status was as it is very difficult to navigate the tracking site they provide, as it is in [redacted]. I received a reply back on March [redacted] and April [redacted] letting me know that they were still processing the order. I asked some pointed questions, such as, "what's the hold-up with my order?" etc, but no one ever gives answers. It is now April [redacted] and I am still trying to patiently wait for my items. I have no idea of how much more time I will be forced to wait for the items I paid for and they said were in stock. If they are not in stock then they should not even display them on the website and take your money. At this point, I just want my items or my funds refunded. I will NEVER do business with any business in China again.
It has been over 6 weeks since I placed my original order and this still is ongoing. I only received half of my order and they still owe me 2 items from this order. I cannot get a concrete answer on why it's delayed or when I will receive it.
