I have submitted this concern as instructed FOUR times with no progress or help from Twitter employees or staffUnfortunately, instead I have been circled around and around stating my bank information was wrong (though it is NOT a bank card), stating my address may not match, and that the CV number on the back was wrongI am exceptionally unsettled that this 'unknown' charge and problem for a service I NEVER received is still going on when I filed this back in APRIL and it is now JULY I would say this classifies as terrible service from TwitterComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If I hadn't already looked at your ridiculous, useless and circular help forums, and been unable to resolve the problem through your support system, I wouldn't have been required to file a Revdex.com complaint to get the abandoned twitter account shut down.Fortunately, someone at Twitter who is smarter than the person who responded to this Revdex.com complaint was able to pull their head out of their rectum long enough to realize that all they needed to do was confirm that the [redacted] account was abandoned and then suspend that account Problem solved If my support issue had been handled properly initially, there would have been no need to file a Revdex.com complaint.Due to this extreme level of incompetence, pettiness and absolute disregard for copyright and brand infringement, I'm seriously reconsidering whether Twitter is an appropriate platform for advertising and promoting [redacted] New Mex Grille.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not acceptable I have given proof that this is my name and they are using MY website And promoting things that go against my character and beliefs This can damage my name and reputation I want it removed Twitter doesn't have a problem suspending accounts for a cuss word or other minor infractions And to me this is a big infraction Why not email this person and ASK them for proof this is who they are and get their information? No, because Twitter doesn't protect their users They just deleted thousands of accounts and made them verify through phone number because they though they were "impersonating" someone but this is too much to ask? Where is the consistency? You are promoting a fake account but deleting people's accounts that are actually legitimate? I don't think this is a request that is over the top It is pretty minor And I will not accept any request until the profile impersonating ME is off I have attached proof that my company name was attached to my twitter account and my business card that show it was on my [redacted] Not [redacted] profile There is NOT another [redacted] that exists Sincerely, [redacted]
