Better Business :I have reviewed the message from the business and I am not satisfied with this outcome I have been trying to get this issue resolved for months now they are not willing to help me and are not interested is seeing to it that my issue is resolved I need this issue handled as soon as possible I have waited long enoughThank you*** ***

Revdex.com,Direct Express management has spoken with Mr*** and provided the summary below:03/03/2015: Research shows Mr*** received his first benefit deposit03/03/2015: Mr*** called Direct Express and said he was unable to use his card in Bulgaria. He was advised that due to the foreign address on file the card would have to be suspended and that he must fax in two forms of ID in order to be assisted with his request. (Note: The card should not have been suspended; this was an isolated issue)On 03/05/2015: Mr*** called and was verified and the suspension on the Account was removed. The CH was added to the list to allow international transactions and was advised to wait 24-hours before attempting to use his card again. On 03/11/2015: Direct Express spoke with Mr*** and advised him that he would be unable to use his card in Bulgaria as Direct Express does not allow card activity in Bulgaria Mr*** stated when he enrolled in the Direct Express Program he was unaware that he could not use his card in BulgariaHe said that he will be traveling back to the United States on 03/12/and he’ll access his funds at that time and also contact the Social Security Administration to further explore his options for benefit payment. In addition, Mr*** also inquired about wanting to make his wife his Representative Payee; he was advised to contact Social Security for assistance in this matter. In summary, unfortunately, Bulgaria is a "restricted" country for Direct Express card users. Please express my apology to Mr*** for the inconvenience he has experienced. Sincerely,*** *** ***

Revdex.com,I have received the following update from Direct Express concerning *** ***' dispute:07/26/17: Direct Express spoke with Ms***; she advised that the dispute paperwork was emailed today, however, Direct Express advised her that they had not rec’d her email. Ms*** stated she would refax the form tomorrow as she was experiencing faxing issues. 07/28/17: Direct Express received the dispute paperwork. Investigation continues. Claim is pending completion of the investigation. Claim is due to be decisioned by 08/15/2017. Mean while back to the most recent truthful incident which occured november 3,2018. I had the paperwork faxed to d&e in texas on november 29,2018 im in ((nc)) about before 10:oo am the ending sheet to the actual faxed paperwork sent clearly had printed on it 7:35pm. With this tid/bit of info about you all @ d&e in texas you must be on a different time zone than here in north carolina ((east//coast)) so ill try to call back again say sometime monday december 3rd,2018 say about 9am eastcoast time. Happy holidays to u @ d&e ! Dont be surprised when people ther get there just deserves what job? You couldnt have been that cray//cray to think punishments werent going to be issued out accordigly there. In other words some heads will roll .((no stars))

Furthermore upon tring to order 1 laptop the screen was stuck on the number 2 thats how I ended up paying for two of them initially in t he first place! {{{now pay me that money back }}}} again what stars? Crapy customer/service with absolutely no intention of honestly resolving the matter/or/matters in the first place. Mr.Bezos might be misspelled but your familiar to most for you company ((amazon.com)). There is a little icon on the computers to go right to it to order stuff not to mention its on those 3rd party outlets on other companies websites/webpages etc. To some one as myself damn near $1000.00 or even $128.50 is a lot of money to just let some of you peoples employees steal and not report fraudulent etc. ((pay me my money back)) & the others you knowingly have wronged in such ways!

Oh yes how can I forget myself being told to contact the so called merchant myself furthermore d&e were just a this & that etc. Constantly trying to pass the buck etc never alot of times trying actually have the very serious issues resolved in the first place. Again what stars?

I have some very valid complaints about d&e(direct express).My card was hit up this month of november 3, 2018 for $128.50 I havent gotten my money for that back yet. Further more in the month of february2018 the card I had then from d&e was taken for if no mistake $812.And some change for two lap tops I ordered & obviously paid for that were both destroyed when packaged & shipped frok some warehouse in kentucky. I called wal mart etc & d&e way back then given the run around. Still no refund from that mishap. Furthermore I couldnt remember my then so called google password the person I spoke with lied &v said they have no way to chek that. Mind you I even tried to call to report to the postmaster general of course there phone system was down convieniently upon tring to get my money back for that. Oh yes & people take note that walmart claims that they can only track orders back as far back as may/june of this year 2018. Wak/mart tries to be slick when it comes to accepting theyre own blame for what they sale on/over theyre own websites/pages. All this obvious b/s about 3rd party this&that etc. & things in the like. Obvious bs as to not acept theyre blame. Also 3rd party with those sales of those two particular items mentioned were ordered/&/ paid for over my then active ((verizon)) account via cell phone through theyre wireless network if no mistake it would have 3rd party wise come from amazon.com. {{{now pay me that money back}}}}} you god/damned crooks happy holidays fkwatts! My rating for d&e what star rating? {{zero}}
