This customers truck has been repaired and picked upCustomer is happy

The park assist was disclosed on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide as InoperableThe reason that this customer needs to pay the $is for the tear down of the engine to determine cause of failureThis is usually always covered by the warranty company when an engine fails as long as the customer has
engine coverage (which this customer does), but there maybe neglect to the vehicle because proper timely oil changes were not madeTherefor the customer needs to pay $for the tear down, if the warranty company covers the repair the $is refunded back to the customerIf the customer does not want to pay for the tear down they need to remove the vehicle from the property or storage charges will start to accrue. Thanks

*** brought the car in and it didn't have any shifting problemsWe cant fix a car if it doesn't act up when its brought inIf she brings the car in and it has a shifting problem we will help her get it fixed. Thanks, *** ***Ultimate Rides Inc920-733-2277

I have attached the proof of deliveryThere is nothing further we can offer this customer, we have went above and beyond already and there is no appreciation whatsoever, knowing that we didn't have the vehicle so we were trying to get the correct part without actually seeing it or taking it to a dodge dealer to match itProof of delivery on 3-13-at 2:23pm delivered to customer in person.Thank you

This is all that we can offer ***.We offered to save *** thousands on parts and to help him with laborFor example the mirror was $and our cost is $Prices on his truck were crazy high***s second option is to bring the truck back to us and we would do a 50/split for the first days or miles on parts and labor

The customer made an agreement with us that he would pay his portion of the repair being $The vehicle is currently being worked on

We got this customer the tires he specifically asked for. We gave him a list of options of all E rated tires and he didn't want any of themHe pulled out his cell phone and showed Jeff the exact tire he wanted so that's what we ordered for himWe then ordered the exact tires he asked
for and mounted them on his truckHe called when he got home that it wasn't the tire he asked for when it actually wasWe explained to him that once tires are mounted on a vehicle they cant be returnedWe had several calls into the tire company as well as Cooper tire company but since it was Monday after new years day nothing was open so we had to wait to hear back on Tuesday from the tire company's. Tuesday morning we were on the phone right away trying to call the tire company's and we still had to wait for a certain sales person to call us back about possibly returning the tiresAt this point we were doing everything we could to try and help this customer outCooper said to return the tires and they would determine what kind of refund we could getWe explained all of this to the customerWe told him we would take the refund and apply to different tiresThe customer decided he didn't like this decision and then he said untrue things about Ultimate Rides online. As I stated we were in the process of doing everything that we could to help the customer out and he just didn't want to work with us back when in reality he chose his tire specifically. He was never told by anyone at Ultimate Rides that the tire he wanted didn't come in the load range he neededIf the truck hasn't been driven we can still try and help him with returning them and seeing what kind of credit Cooper will give us to exchange them as long as the customer takes down all the online comments as well as this one with the Revdex.com

Unfortunately, I cannot accept this offer from the business until we receive the correct part or payment for the part. In addition, my husband and I did not refuse to go to a Dodge dealer to get the correct part number, but told the sales manager that we did not have a Sprinter dealer near to us. The sales manager then told us, he would contact the Sprinter dealer nearby As Ultimate Rides is in the car sales business, it seems reasonable that they would have contacts to assist them in obtaining the correct part, especially since they have the model and vin number of the vehicle in their records

The customer was trying to trade in his Ford Fthat was leaking oil everywhereWhile looking at the truck to see what we could give on trade we pulled the truck in to see where the oil was leaking from and then we started the truck back up and pulled it up front in front of the dealership
When the customer was ready to leave the truck did not startNobody touched the starter, whatever failed with the starter was internalWe are not going to fix someone else's truck, he could have left the truck there for us to fix the next day in the morning but he would have had to pay a service billThat would have saved him the towing costsThe customer was extremely rude and blamed us for his problemWe told him that our mechanics work 9am to 5pm and it was after 5pmand we didn't have any tools available because the tools all belong to the mechanicsWe helped push the truck onto a trailer at 10:30pm when we would have rather been at home with our families since we closed at 8pm

After you purchase a used vehicle there are going to be problems, that's after buying a carWe have stated that we are more than happy to help the customerThese repairs happen over a time period of a yearThe dealer has no way of knowing what can happen or what repairs the vehicle may
needWe will get parts for the customer at our dealer cost and give him a wholesale labor rate of $per hourWe will do this to try and make the customer happy. Thanks,Let me know if you need anything else.*** ***

I already responded to this rejectionThis customer was offered to bring his vehicle to the Appleton location for repair and would not and that's why we don't cover bills from other shops, we have our own in two different locations

*** bought a Chevy Duramax pick up with miles on itWe explained to *** that there were 5th wheel holes cut into the boxWe carry trucks at all times and there is not one truck on the lot that does not have rust on the drive shaftThis truck is years old with miles
on itIts completely to see rus ton the drive shaftThere were no signs of leaking fuel at the time we had the truck in our possessionWhen the delivery person that *** hired to haul the truck sis not properly tie down the vehicleIt could have damaged the fuel linesDiesel trucks have to have PSI of fuel pressure from tanks to runIf the lines were leaking like described by *** the truck would not have runWe offered to save *** thousands on parts and to help him with laborFor example the mirror was $and our cost is $Prices on his truck were crazy high***s second option is to bring the truck back to us and we would do a 50/split for the first days or miles on parts and laborWe feel *** got a great truck for a great priceWhen buying an older high mileage vehicle should really look it over before buying it, different people expect different thingsHopefully these offers help *** out.*** ***

Customer has not paid on any repairs to this vehicleA check engine light can come on for several different reasons and one thing can be fixed and the light can come back on for other reasonsThat is what happened in this caseWe had the vehicle taken to Kolosso (jeep experts ) and they
apparently couldn't figure out the problem eitherEither way we agreed to repair the vehicle until the problem was taken care ofAt this point they just wanted a bigger vehicle with a tow hitchWe did a new credit application with the customer and we needed money down and had to find a vehicle that would work with the troubled credit programWe did find a vehicle that would work but the customer could not come up with the down payment neededThen we called the bank (Credit Acceptance ) to get a customer payoff for there current vehicle to trade it and CAC told us twice that we had to wait to hours because this customers info was in there legal department and that's all they would tell us because we aren't the account holderUnfortunately, there wasn't much we could do at this point. We tried very hard to please the customer as well as just repairing her current vehicle, but we believe at this point she just wanted out of the Compass to have something bigger so we never heard back to find out if they would have the full down payment

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI reject this because they were trying to say I had no communication with them after the first time that I took the car in to have the serpentine belt fixed? This is a lie and I have phone call proof that backs me upIn fact after they fixed the serpentine belt and the coolant line they blew (which should have been free of charge anyhow because I literally bought the car hours before it had an issue) they returned the car to me after what they called a "safety inspection" amd somehow missed that there were not one but leaks in the engine in which oil was leaking out of the carSo I returned the car to their care to babe them fix the leaks where rje did not charge me bexause, and this is an exact quote from their mechanic Marshall, "it was such a cheap part to fix we didnt even charge you"Since then I have called and talked to Marshall abouty timing chain needing to be done and how my check engine light kept popping on and off and all of the engine misfires the car hadUltimate Ride's saying I had no contact with them is a lieI have contacted them numerous times.

After months of trying to get the dealership to provide us with the correct part for our vehicle, we finally received itWe do not feel the dealership went above and beyond, as they stated, to provide us with this part, as we contacted them over times, attempting to resolve the problemCompounding the issue was their failure to return our phone calls/messages, which prompted us to contact the Revdex.comIt wasn't until we notified the Revdex.com that this issue was resolvedAdditionally, we would like to add that we are not the ungrateful or uncooperative customers Ultimate Rides has labeled us to beOn the contrary, we feel we were patient and understanding with the many excuses they gave us for not being able to find the right part, which included in the end, putting the blame on us! As we told Ultimate Rides initially, we were pleased with the ease of purchasing a vehicle from them and their friendly mannerIt is their unwillingness to follow through with their promise after the vehicle was purchased that is of concern, in addition to a change in attitude toward the customerIt is unfortunate that they choose to treat their customers in this manner

that matters of the brakes issue and check engine were less than a year ago and those were stipulations on me buying the truck I don’t want this company to touch my truck How about the matter of the fuel pump? Your records should show the fuel pump was replaced weeks after the truck was purchased and I had informed the service dept at that time about the brakes and light Regardless it’s a matter that reputable company’s would resolve and you are not making any effort

*** *** They are a liar they were called about it first hours away then my boy friend went in I can not drive this car like this all the way there I am having it repaired here in tn I have no choice they are very dishonest, they were paid cash

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]The fact that they are saying I should have bought a new car instead of the car purchased at their dealership if I didn't want problems shows how awful of a dealership they areI can afford to fix the audi sold to me by them as I could afford to fix the car at Holiday, but the thing is, it is ridiculous to have to make so many repairs to a car I just purchasedI paid cash for my $repair I just had to fix which is more than most people my age can aayThe fact that I needed to make so many repairs so shortly after purchasing it is pathetic on their partUltimate Ride's in Appleton is a joke and should have their dealership license taken awayI am not the first person they have ripped off and I'm sure I won't be their lastIf you read their review's on Google and Facebook it sounds liked they have screwed over tons of people besides me.
