I did place an order for a free trail and approved payment for shipping and that's all which I did not receive I informed the caller when I was contacted with a fallow up call that I haven't received my order and to not send me anything else including the free gas coupon gifts and that I do not authorize any further charges to my account! I specifically expressed that because I was told by another consumer to watch for them to charge my account without my knowledge Obviously this is a common practice with this company in fact my friend informed me she was double billed!!!

This is a total scam! After weeks they charge you for the "free trial" I was finally able to get a refund, but they charge a "restocking fee" what a joke!

I was trying to dispute charges that were made to my account from this company, which wasn't successful because they've got all this fake confirmations and documentations that I've seen for the first time in my life when it was presented to me by the bankBasically, I've got charges from them for "the product" they claimed I've "purchased" and "received"Talking with their customer service was just a waste of time because all they say is that the charges are valid and don't want to hear anything elseSo at the end I've paid $for imaginary product that I've imaginary purchasedWhat a scam! I don't know how they've got my card information with my mailing address and my email and phone number, and have this mailing confirmation and delivery confirmation to my address where I've not had received ANYTHINGMy bank just repeated what this business customer care personnel had said and didn't want to dispute the chargeWhich is ridiculous! I've not heard of this company, hadn't purchase of course anything, and yet I HAVE to pay! When I ordered and got the Garcinia and the cleanse, I received an e-mail and the e-mails did NOT state there would be a reoccurring chargeI received a shipment of the Garcinia and did NOT order itThat is when I found that I have been charged for these products I DID NOT orderI wanted to ship the product back and get my money back that I did NOT ok for them to automatically take out of my accountFor being a business it seems like a scam, and all the fine details are not in black and white for all of us to see themAll I want is, is my money back! When dissatissfied, money back...no questions!!

We have reviewed the customers account. The customer called and spoke to our agent. We offered him to refund the charges, and issued a RMA number to return the bottles sent. Please have the customer return the 2 bottles sent to him, using the RMA info given and we will gladly... issue the refund. Thanks

The original shipping charge and the return packaging and shipping charges should also be refunded. The costs were incurred due to fradulent advertisement due to not revealing the conditions of purchasing the product

system notes indicate that the customer did receive the bottles, yet never contacted to to report receiving all those extra bottles or attempt to return them when they arrivedThis indicates the customer was actively attempting to defraud us, by not intending to receive these extra bottles.
That being said, we have issued two refunds of $for the customer today
The 3rd charge of $has already been disputed by the customers bank so we are not able to refund it at this time, as the bank is now handling that refund
In regards to the *** ** charges the customers mentioned, we are unable to assist as that is not our company, nor do we have any connection to them

I took back the unopened bottles almost months ago. Shame on you for accusing me of Defrauding.
My argument is I hold Ultra Garcinia Cambogia responsible for charging me for *** ** times. I never got the bottles either. Ultra Garcinia Cambogia was the only company to have my credit card number. Why would I want products ordered at different times and they do the same thing? I don't believe they don't have connections with *** ** just because they not. Regards,

The RMA issued is useless because I have not received any product beyond my initial trial bottle. When I spoke with "[redacted]", he identified that my address was incorrect in their system. I believe this is why I did not receive the package I am being asked to return. I am not sure how this happened as I gave them my correct address and they did successfully send me my trial bottle. I am not responsible for any errors in their system so therefore should be refunded an additional $for this package as well.
