Yes, I have checked with my  bank. There is no incoming reimbursements and there is no history of any from that company as well. Please reopen this case.

After reviewing the customers account, we have issued the refunds for the customer.

We have issued a refund for the customer, and have spoken to our phone agent, on proper procedures to follow if a customer asks for the legal dept contact.

system notes indicate that the customer did receive the bottles, yet never contacted to to report receiving all those extra bottles or attempt to return them when they arrived. This indicates the customer was actively attempting to defraud us, by not intending to receive these extra bottles. 

That being said, we have issued two refunds of $83.47 for the customer today.

The 3rd charge of $83.47 has already been disputed by the customers bank so we are not able to refund it at this time, as the bank is now handling that refund.

In regards to the [redacted] charges the customers mentioned, we are unable to assist as that is not our company, nor do we have any connection to them.

There has been no refund for this item. It is through my debit/credit card from my bank. It is under a Wells Fargo Visa card. There is no record of n\any refunded or credited transactions. There is no incoming payments from the company. There was only records of outgoing payment. Please let me know what other  information you need to get my refund back asap.

We have looked and find the intial shipping cost the customer paid, but our system isn't showing they were ever charged the $84 amount. Therefore we can not refund it, as it was not charged.

This is a total scam! After 2 weeks they charge you for the "free trial" I was finally able to get a refund, but they charge a "restocking fee" what a joke!

The customer did return the packages, but the packages were open and used, per our terms and conditions we would be happy to refund customers on unopened items, the customer was advised of this when the RMA number was issued. We will make an exception in this case, and issue the refund.

I took back the 2 unopened bottles almost 3 months ago.  Shame on you for accusing me of Defrauding. 

My argument is I hold Ultra Garcinia Cambogia responsible for charging me for [redacted] 2 times.  I never got the bottles either.  Ultra Garcinia Cambogia was the only company to have my credit card number.  Why would I want 2 products ordered at different times and they do the same thing?  I don't believe they don't have connections with [redacted] just because they not. Regards,
