We see that the customer called us, we checked the USPS tracking info and confirmed that the product did arrive at his location. The customer's IP address matches the billing and shipping address. We believe that the customer is hiding that he in fact did place the order as we have confirmed the IP...

and CVV info on the card used. We would not be able to refund this customer, unless he can return the bottle sent.

We reviewed the agent notes and the customer's report. It appears the agent did inform the customer of the trial offer, and it's terms. The customer was outside the end of the terms window and the agent did cancel her account as requested. The products themselves have a phone number and contact info...

There were two charges of $83.47 made to my credit card.  These should both be refunded as this product does not work.  I did not lose even a single pound using this product.  It is ridiculous that this is still on the market.  The only thing it did for me was make me ill.

There were two charges of $83.47 made to my credit card.  These should both be refunded as this product does not work.  I did not lose even a single pound using this product.  It is ridiculous that this is still on the market.  The only thing it did for me was make me ill.

I signed up for a sample of this product and paid to have express shipping to receive the product within 5 days. I received it 3 weeks later. At no time was I informed that there was a 14 days trial period or an automatic autoship program. I now have received a charge on my credit card which has led to me cancelling my card. When I called the number listed I was told that I had signed up for an autoship (no I had not) and that my product had already shipped and I should receive it on Tues (it is now Friday). Where was that service when I paid for not only the sample but express shipping??? What a scam!!!! Stay away from them!!!!!!

When I ordered and got the Garcinia and the cleanse, I received an e-mail and the e-mails did NOT state there would be a reoccurring charge. I received a shipment of the Garcinia and did NOT order it. That is when I found that I have been charged for these products I DID NOT order. I wanted to ship the product back and get my money back that I did NOT ok for them to automatically take out of my account. For being a business it seems like a scam, and all the fine details are not in black and white for all of us to see them. All I want is, is my money back! When dissatissfied, money back...no questions!!
