I did place an order for a free trail and approved payment for shipping and that's all which I did not receive . I informed the caller when I was contacted with a fallow up call that I haven't received my order and to not send me anything else including the free gas coupon gifts and that I do not authorize any further charges to my account! I specifically expressed that because I was told by another consumer to watch for them to charge my account without my knowledge . Obviously this is a common practice with this company in fact my friend informed me she was double billed!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I appreciate the quick resolution and response.

I was trying to dispute charges that were made to my account from this company, which wasn't successful because they've got all this fake confirmations and documentations that I've seen for the first time in my life when it was presented to me by the bank. Basically, I've got 3 charges from them for "the product" they claimed I've "purchased" and "received". Talking with their customer service was just a waste of time because all they say is that the charges are valid and don't want to hear anything else. So at the end I've paid $100 for imaginary product that I've imaginary purchased. What a scam! I don't know how they've got my card information with my mailing address and my email and phone number, and have this mailing confirmation and delivery confirmation to my address where I've not had received ANYTHING. My bank just repeated what this business customer care personnel had said and didn't want to dispute the charge. Which is ridiculous! I've not heard of this company, hadn't purchase of course anything, and yet I HAVE to pay! What a joke. Hope this business doesn't stay in business for long for ripping people off like that. This is not a review of their so called product but from my experience non existing product that I've imaginary purchased and received. Very disappointed that these companies have no consequences for their fraud.

Please ask the customer to check with the credit card company that issued there card, for this transaction ID.

Because we are seeing it as refunded her, we need to confirm with her card issuer that it has not reached them, we will then need to send out a mailed check to the customer, if the card return function has not reached her.

Please ask the customer to advise us of the card issuer phone and a agent or case number, so that we can call to verify and then issue the paper check.

We have decided to issue the full refund to the customer, of $83.47

We have issued a refund for this customer.

We have reviewed the customers account. The customer called and spoke to our agent.

We offered him to refund the charges, and issued a RMA number to return the bottles sent.

Please have the customer return the 2 bottles sent to him, using the RMA info given and we will gladly...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In former complaint [redacted], the company agreed to refund $166.94 if I sent back their product. My postal receipt says that they received their product back on 2/12/2014 and I have still seen no refund.

We see that the customer called us, we checked the USPS tracking info and confirmed that the product did arrive at his location. The customer's IP address matches the billing and shipping address. We believe that the customer is hiding that he in fact did place the order as we have confirmed the IP...

and CVV info on the card used. We would not be able to refund this customer, unless he can return the bottle sent.

The original shipping charge and the return packaging and shipping charges should also be refunded.  The costs were incurred due to fradulent advertisement due to not revealing the conditions of purchasing the product.
