Unordered Merchandise
This company seems to have found a way to ship expensive items to people who have not ordered them. I received tools totaling $934.48 and I have no idea how they obtained my name and credit card information. I am willing to return them, but they refuse to pay the return fee. I have advised the credit card company of this situation.

Customer claims they ordered a black chalkboard, this is not true the customer ordered A chalkboard, item [redacted] Adjustable Easel With Magnet Board-ChalkboardThe listing nor the picture indicate a color, if no color is specified by the customer green is shippedAs a courtesy to the customer we offered to send them a black chalkboard replacement board at our expense, although their was no errorThe customer could switch out the board very easily according to the manufacturer without having to exchange the entire unit, all we require is for the customer to pay the freight on this replacement since again there was no errorCustomer refused this offerAt this time, their options are to keep what they have, pay for the freight on the replacement board or they can return the item at their expensePlease return the item to the following address:UnbeatableSale Returns DeptLehigh Ave Suite 5Lakewood, NJ

Warning! they sell Chinese junk and will not stand behind itI bought Their Leisure Season Buffet Server BSWhen I received it and opened the box there were numerous amount of pieces which were either broken or fell off (lack of staples & no glue)I repaired them and made them better than they were manufactureOnce I had the buffet built I proceeded to peel off the Chinese plastic protective off of the stainless steel tops.Well it appears that this product actually must of came here from a slow boat from China, for it was baked on and left a film on the topsI notified the company to see if I could just get replacement topsThat's when they informed me that they do not have tops available for this product which comes from China and that I should try a cleaner to get it offWell I tried the cleaner and no way will it come offSo I contacted them again and tried to get the replacement topsThat is when they told me there is nothing they can do and that there policy states no return on furniture, plus they never had this problem with anyone elseI then proceeded on a different route, seeing that I bought this product through Sears web siteAnd Sears came back with the answer from Unbeatablesale.com, no returns allowed on furniture and that I had used abrasives on themBut their return policy does state that they "will replace parts that are damaged"This just tells me that Unbeatablesale.com is just a company making good money selling Chinese junk and not concerned about the product they sell or customers

Hello, The customer purchased an item from Unbeatablesale.com and we supplied the orderThe customer seems to have some confusion in regards to how we ship our itemsAn order was placed for one of our millions of items and we sent it to one of our many warehouses to fulfill and the ship the item to our customerThey paid us and they follow our polices, it is our orderWe are an online retailer we are not a manufacturer, most companies operate in this way, [redacted] , [redacted] etc get their items from ALL overWe attempted to explain this but apparently the customer has an issue with our warehouse that shipped the itemThey had another order which was fulfilled in the same manner and they did not have an issue with that order.The customer received the correct item ordered from us, with no issue of Unbeatablesale.comIf they do not want the item because they have an issue with the company who ships it that is completely up to the customer, however; they will be responsible for returning the itemWe do not issue labels and we do not refund shippingYour RMA for returning your item is: [redacted] (please include this number on your package and inside the box).Please write the RMA# on a piece of paper and attach to the box (Please do not write on the item packaging)Also if possible please include the packing slip that you received with the order.Please note: All returns must be received within days from the date of delivery and must have all original packaging material intactWe do not issue prepaid return labelsAll returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured.Please return the item to the following address:UnbeatableSale Returns Dept[redacted] *Lakewood, NJ

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not about buyers remorse, this about misrepresentation The picture and description of this product on [redacted] .com do not represent the product I received These chairs are damaged as the attached pictures indicate Based on what I saw on [redacted] I was led to believe that the chairs I had purchased would have paint and wood that was in perfect condition, not have holes drilled everywhere and painted sanded off in numerous places as well There is also nothing that indicates you cannot return the product when you are in the purchasing phase on [redacted] All the detailed return information provided by UnbeatableSale is available after you purchase the product and if you really hunt for itUnbeatableSale does not have an excellent return policy as they claim, nor do they care about customer service or I would not have to resort to filing a claim with the Revdex.com This should have been handled when I initially contacted them The return authorization was not given until I gave the seller a poor rating on [redacted] And it should be no surprise that I was not willing to pay to return the damaged chairs at my cost [redacted] does not get involved in disputes between buyers and seller regarding the condition of the product received, you are left to handle it on your ownThe number of Revdex.com complaints lodged against this seller should be some type of indication of how difficult they are to deal with Regards, [redacted]

I purchased an item that was wrongly listed by Unbeatable Sale on [redacted] Upon receiving the item I immediately contacted customer service about the issue An RMA was given to have the item shipped back for a full refund After confirming that they have received the RMA Unbeatable Sale went ahead and charged me a shipping fee and a surcharge fee stating that they did not authorized the return I've been doing online shopping for over years and this company is the WORST company to deal with Please beware when purchasing

In regards to this order, it is customary that a customer would not be charged until an order ships UNLESS they use [redacted] [redacted] , per their guidelines, takes the money immediately from the customer so since the customer used this method of payment this is why the money was taken outThis has nothing to do with a seller.Unfortunately, this order had to be cancelled as this particular item was discontinued by the manufacturer and they did not have stock to fulfill the customers order, We do apologize as this is not standard and we were unaware of the situation prior to the order being placedGenerally, inventory is accurate and the customer would not be able to place an order for an item that is no longer availableThank you

Hello, The customer emailed us on 6/27, item delivered 6/1, stating "I unpacked this item this weekend only to find it was cracked at mounting baseI no longer have original box but want replacement ."
