Hello,The customer ordered TWO - [redacted] Non-Toxic Semi-Moist Watercolor Paint Set - Plastic Oval Pan, Set 16. This is what was received.The customer did not order 32 sets, they ordered two, per their order confirmation. These are individual paint sets with 16 colors... in each set.Due to the customer misinterpreting the listing, we will issue a courtesy refund of the item cost and they may keep what they ordered.We will be unable to ship anything further as there was no error of the seller in this case.Thank you.

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry Firstly, this item was delivered on 6/22/and we have a day exchange/return period which has passed quite some time agoHowever, we already addressed this issue through an escalated issue between ***.com, where the item was purchased, and ourselvesThis item is sold by the each, not a pack, their listing was wrong and the customer received the item exactly as we sell it.Customer called us on 22-Jun-was advised they received the correct item and was given return instructionsOn 24-Jun-2016, we received an escalated issue from ***We offered, as a courtesy, a return shipping label or a discount of 50% off to keep***.com offered this resolution to the customer the same dayWe did not hear back again until 2-Aug-Customer declined our offers, which is fine, as this item is no longer eligible for a returnThe customer may keep the items and this matter is now closed

We have refunded the customer in full for the wrongly "pictured" item however it did state black patent which means it is shiny, and they can keep it/donate etc As far as the credit deal with [redacted] , this has nothing to do with us and we only refund to the form of payment originally usedWe do not see customers billing information and that is not an offer from our company Thank you

This is a TERRIBLE company with CHEAP products!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I do apologize for how you were treated by our companyThis is not the way our employees are trained and I will pull the calls of both reps for additional training I do see the order was shipped after we had been advised from the manufacturer of the back orderThis is not normal business practice but again, we do have to follow a procedure with cancellation which is why you were informed of what may occur if the order could not be cancelled.We have sent a return shipping label via email to absorb the cost of your return freightPlease advise if you have received this label?
