I ordered what I thought was a table and chairs The description and picture all referenced chairs The Q&A had two specific questions asking if it came with chairs and they both said yes, it came with chairs I called [redacted] because I ordered it through their Marketplace and the associate on the phone agreed that it should come with chairs I did not receive any chairs and when I contacted them they said it was only for the table and it could not be returned (I never asked to return it)After a few back and forth e-mails they ultimately blamed [redacted] for having "misinformation" on their website

The customer returned the item via [redacted] tracking [redacted] The item was delivered on 7/and was received to the sender, damagedThe customer is the shipper and must file a damage claim to recoup the loss/refundWe will not be refunding them, they must seek reimbursement from the carrier as they are now the SHIPPERWe advised the customer of all of this previouslyAs well, if the item was received by the customer "damaged" at no point in our dealings did they state thisWe have no record of that information Again, this matter is resolvedIt is the customers responsibility to contact [redacted] with tracking [redacted] and filed a claim themselves

On March 15, I ordered a 6-panel folding pet gate that was listed by this company on [redacted] The description stated that the gate was 31.5" tall, and all of the photos indicated the same The item I received was a 6-panel gate, but only 20" tall This was not what I ordered and not at all useful to me The company told me that [redacted] had listed it incorrectly ( [redacted] later told me that Marketplace listings are created by the seller, not [redacted] ) They then offered me a discount on the incorrect item to "save time and possible hassle of the return process", but since this item was useless in containing my dog, I declined They then agreed to set up the return, but told me I had to pay for return shipping I objected because this was their mistake, and they finally relented and sent me a return shipping label The item was dropped off at the [redacted] Store on March and arrived back at the vendor on March On April 6, I sent an email to the seller because I had not received the refund and got no response On April 12, I created an [redacted] Guarantee Claim with [redacted] A couple hours later I received a refund; $which did not include the original shipping charge of $ I updated my [redacted] claim at [redacted] to show that this was not satisfactory to me, and received a response from the seller stating "Please be advised we do not refund original shipping charges" This was their mistake, and I'm the one the ends up out $dollars? I have filed an appeal with [redacted] and they may be able to get this resolved, but that doesn't change the review at all This is not the proper way to deal with customers There are so many options out there and it's not worth any amount of discount to have to deal with a company like this If you see a listing anywhere from Unbeatable Sale.com, Inc., keep looking It's not worth your time or money
