We got an estimate of $in SeptemberAt that time my daughter paid $ Unique storage and moving came to pick things up on October At that time I paid them $in cash They gave a quote for $to complete Since then they've increased the completion quote to
$ My daughter was told Saturday the driver was on the road and since then whenever I'm she's tried to text him he's said he's drivingI live in ColumbusThis evening, Tuesday, he said he's as far as Chicago, which is 1/hours away

Customer was in contact with our company several times and by email as well, We apologize that the customer feels this way

There has been no response to the paperwork filled out for the complaint deptwas told 30-days for a response

first of all we wore not late for her delivery, we don't guarantee any delivery to no customer, customer first available delviery date was on 2/we have by law business days to deliverysecond of all our claims department has already send the claim form to the customer back on 2/and again
3/31, customer needs to fill out this claim form in order for us to process her claim

I am refusing this settlement due to not having the full weight during the receiving of my items, storage, and delivery Have no idea how you came up with this amount when there was no weight given? I will continue to pursue this claim until I am satified with a reasonable settlement.Can not put a weight amount on the items that were not delivered seems every time I think or go to find an item it was something that did not make it.Not satified with any of your services

I am rejecting this response because: I have worked with multiple moving companies in the past, they have NEVER held goods hostageI was told verbally that days is plenty of notice for me to receive my goodsI have been told for a WEEK to wait by my phone because there was a driver & truck scheduled to get my stuff & they would be calling meThe contract which I was given two minutes to sign is giving the company an out to torture customersI'm not playing a victim, when I paid for a service & the company refuses to complete it OR offer a date to completeI don't understand how a company can stay in business with such horrible customer serviceI moved from D.CTo Ohio, they COMMUNICATED a time & date for pickup & deliveryWe are now three days PAST when my goods were to be delivered & im not any closer to receiving my thingsBUT I'm 'playing' the victim? Please...this company is getting away with crappy service...which causes emotional & financial burdens to their customers.

the driver did us so bad that my son became afraid an so did I even called the police in minesota over how the driver did me on the police yelling an how he did there this company u should read there reviews because I'm not the only one who had problems with this company an he also made threat to harm my son after all we been threw this company better find better people to make house calls because these people were dangerous to my son an no one should ever go threw what we did

Will customer only purchased or agreed to a $cents per lbs per article, customer di not purchase additional insurance for the move,

I am rejecting this response because: that is not true I told *** *** *** that I would be paying by credit card at pick up on December 28th when I paid my down payment The contract does not say anything about approval I also had way more than pieces quoted (at least 50) and I was told the pricing was by weight not item I had heavier pieces quoted that were not part of the move They refused to weigh the items

We are looking into this matter as soon as we have an answer we will contact the customer

Your son was okay to leave the table base in the porch, we will speak to the driver that delivered the table baseYou and your son needs to be in the same page you say one thing and then your son says something elseRude and aggressive nobody ever disrespect you in any form, but you ma'am have
been very rude to every person that answers the phone and been very aggressive about everythingAnd once again we have informed you in different occasion that you need to send an email to our claims department *** regarding damages etc etc
