Well ma'am if there's asking for further information you need to submit so they can take care of your claim, We have 2 claims department so if they forward you to the other claims department that means they needed to investigate further failure to submit required paperwork they cannot process your claim.

Customer was not approved to pay with credit card on the day of the move, If customer was not approved to pay with credit card we won't accept that's the company regulation. Approval is needed before pickup date. customer was quoted for 19 items to be picked up on the day of the pickup the foreman...

ended up picking up 90 items that 71 items additional Ms. [redacted] had, so of course you need to pay more if you have more items.

I have sent my information to the claims department as needed. I have attached the following to two different people in regards to Unique and now received an email from another company wanting the same information. I have sent the attached claim information to Karen as well as Lily and how have to re do it again? For what purpose?  Now I have to sent my pictures that have already been sent to two people and more claim forms. I am rejecting her offer of claims.  Please add this to my file.
