submitted a claim with this company for well over $500. They offered $66 towards the claim. I have tried to reach them several times for explanation but have not received a return call. We are highly disappointed with the whole experience involving that company however we just would like to move forward with our lives.

Customer already has her HHG, the unit where it was stored has been vacated long time ago by the customer.

This is a reply to the complaint of [redacted], picked up 2/12/2017, on the day of pick up customer has additional items, space reserved was 305cf additional items space 69cf total additional charges $212.52, no other charges were added, only for the additional items the customer wanted to...

take, this charge was provided to the customer before loading the additional items on the truck and customer has to sign off first. Delivery time frame is 21 business days from the first available date given, customer put on contract 2/14/2017 delivery happened 2/24/2017 well within the time frame stated on the contract, in which customer also has to sign. No refund can't be issued since the contract was honored, customer sign with acknowledge of the charges and delivery time frame. Delivery payment forms are cash or postal money order only for delivery also stated on the contract. We do apologize that the customer is unhappy but next time he should review and not sign without knowing the rules and policies. Customer was given a rights and responsibility booklet at pick up to review this booklet stays with the customer.

I never agreed to a two day pick up. I was forced into it because they didn't start packing until 4 PM and my neighbors were complaining about the noise at 11PM. The next day when they said they would show up at 8 am, they never showed up until 4 pm. I had to change my flight which cost me $250. The rental car for an extra day cost me $50. The day they said they would deliver cost me $169 per night which totaled 6 nights from the estimated delivery date. My belongings were destroyed and I will be happy to provide pictures of the damage. Their treatment of my belongings is beyond negligent. I will be filing a law suit after I have exhausted the process they have in place with movingclaims.net. I am certain their proposed insurance settlement will not cover the $25,000 worth of damage to my belongings.

8 months this company  never got in touch with me nor has all my items been identified plus once they com e to your home they ask for more money plus they will never give u your money 9 items haven't  been identified an this company stole my stuff plus they have cost me more money I want my money for my furniture.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the exact same message the company sent before so I will reiterate my response. I was never offered a full value option for insurance, I was only informed that my items were insured for any damage. They damaged virtually every item I own therefore the number of the insurance that was provided should be $.60 times 19,000 lbs. which is a total of $11,400. With regard to the supposed discount, The day the movers showed up to movde my belongings they suddenly decided it was far more weight than what they agreed to. This is the oldest trick in the book for movers since you are under pressure to get out of a house you just sold and need to get moved to your new home. It is also illegal. there was no discount just several thousand dollars more out of my pocket. The offer the Unique Moving given of $500 is insulting and it is the same offer made a year ago. They can continue to file the same message with the Revdex.com to see if I will slip up and not respond, but that is not going to happen. I will continue to respond until they get me a real offer that makes some bit of sense.
