Customer called our office to let us know she can only pick up her boxes on Thursday Friday advised customer once we have the scheduled done we will confirm with the customer so she can retrieve her boxes.

First of all there's no compensation, your first available delivery date is 9/27/2016 from FL to CO is about 14-21 business days not including holidays or weekends and it does specified on the contract that is was signed. the fact that I was here for delivery has no bearing on the total complaint against this company....

Besides the constant changes for delivery from them r/t a supposed truck issue, they lost & ruined a large ant of items. The two delivery been were inept & took 13 hrs to unload the truck, where I had to assume the role of cutting tape & removing the pads to even get them completed. Considering my disability with my back, I then was in pain & bed for 3 days & had to receive treatment. Review the list of damaged & lost furniture. Not one item was retrieved & I've found more missing since last reported!

I responded to the complaint. The complaint was not resolved because I have damage to my belongings and I was left with another persons belongings. THIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

We wore not late for pickup customer agreed to 2 day pickup window, 5/2-5/3, the driver showed up on 5/3. customer first available delivery date was 5/14 we have 21 business days to complete the delivery, it doesn't mean that is was a guarantee delivery date. and also see attachment you will find...

place.  I need to examine it to see what exactly is wrong with it.  Please note this furniture was only one year old when it went into storage.  It was in perfect condition when stored.  This company damaged each item they moved.  I believe they breached the contract in several ways - damaging the items, breaking the furniture, scraping the furniture, and breaking many of my cherished items.  They also had only one person deliver the items, not two.  Having two would have assured the furniture was delivered in better shape.

The date that the delivery was made was Tues. Feb. 9, 2016.

As we have explained to the father customer many many many times, It's not a guarantee delivery date (as it stated on the signed contract the custoemr signed on the day of the pickup) First available delivery date is October 27 from this date we have 21 business days (not including weekends or holidays) you can also read it on the contract. Now on October 28 it was loaded and provided with driver information and it was giving to the customer verbally and by email.

who said my belongingswould be delivered in four days. It took one full month. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect muchless damage than what I had from a move. Maybe, if they were more organized and didn't have theirdrivers delivering coast to coast while people are still waiting for their deliveries, they'd have a betterbusiness model. At this point, I don't expect you, or anyone else I've contacted, to do a thing about it. Ibelieve Unique Moving and Storage will self-destruct by their own inept hands. Customer service isobviously a concept they are completely unfamiliar with. Yes, I'm angry. I'm angry that over a year later,I'm still dealing with this is some form or fashion. At this point, I don't care what you do or don't do. Bytheir response, it is obvious the only thing they care about is money.

You only have insurance coverage for $0.60 cents per lbs, Your move did not even cost 10,000, if your things actually are worth that much why customer didn't purchase additional insurance. If that's what the insurance claims is offering that's how much the claims is for.

This complaint is outrages, when we first got to the customer location customer had way more items not listed on the original estimate, We had explained everything to the customer on the day of the pickup customer agreed since we only had enough space for her original estimate we had to come back to...

It's not a guarantee delivery date, as we have explained numerous times, by law we have up too 21 business days to complete a move and that's on all the documents Ms. [redacted] signed. Now on 8/1 the dispatcher provided ms. [redacted] with driver information

Once the customer provided a first available delviery date we can start loading, and also we asked the customer if they can have someone in there behalf to accept the delviery and they said yes

I was credited $25/day for each work day since January 18th. So instead of $996.00 as it would have been had the household goods...

would have been delivered between December 18th and January 18th, I was asked $296.00. By my count, it should have been $246.00 instead of 296. We were so happy to get our goods that we did not argue and much happier to get rid of that outfit. There were two pieces missing. One was a bran new expensive pellet gun and the other was a small cardboard box. At the moment, I can not remember what was in it and we don’t really care as long as we are rid of them. We were told so many lies about the delivery time.  At one point in time I was told that they would be at the delivery point in the afternoon so I rented a [redacted] truck to be ready when they showed up but, they did not.  We had to meet them across the border in Madawaska Maine with a truck to get our stuff. I am quite certain that they would have been in trouble at the Canadian Border and that probably is the reason we had to meet them across the border.The $25.00/day came as a result of my telling them that I would seek compensation for this unreasonable delay so they came up with that amount and as a small consolation and I accepted it.    That is a good outfit to keep away from.
