In addition to accepting  the Revdex.com letter, I would like to express gratitude and appreciation for your cooperation in this matter. I had never encountered a situation like this before and really didn't know how to deal with it because this magazine company really had me convinced that I wouldn't be able to prove my dispute against them because they had the recording of me agreeing to the contract. That's why it took me so long to contact you all. I was afraid of ruining my credit as I have been on a diligent  path to reestablish it. I did receive a letter from VIP READERS SERVICE telling me that my order has been canceled as I requested and if I receive anymore complaints from them concerning my order, please refer to a ** [redacted], Customer Service Manager. I am elated that this situation has been resolved but not at peace. After reading all the other complaints on the website of this company has me troubled to know that they are doing this to hundreds of Americans and their operations should be given an in depth investigation and shut down. It's not fair that consumers have to encounter illegal/bad businesses such as this one. If you need my help with anymore disputes and dealings with this business don't hesitate to contact me. Once again thank you for intervening.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They are still being quite indirect with the problem. I am not answering their calls because they are incessant, they are rude and condescending when I speak with them, and they will not cancel when I asked. I will only speak with them should they promise to not be degrading and promise to remove me from the mailing list. I do not care whether or not I am receiving my items. Notice in their rebuttal they only claim that the items are being sent. Notice here: that I don't care if they are. They came inconstantly.  I want out of the contract. They have not addressed the fact that I wish to be out. I refuse to answer because they are vicious.

they couldn't break the contract with their supplier and I couldn't break mine with them. They then proceeded to offer me half as many magazines for half the money now let me get this straight. You cant break your contract with me because you can't break your contract with your supplier. But you can break half of the contract? Unacceptable. I want zero magazines not half as many. If you can break half the contract you can break it all. Next time I get a phone solicitation I'll just hang up. No fool like an old fool. Another company taking advantage of senior citizens. I cant believe I fell for it.

We received your inquiry last month. The customer care department reviewed your account and shows that you placed the order on November 5, 2014.Your welcome package was actually delivered on November 8, 2014. According to their notes you did seem to have a complete understanding before giving permission to enter your order
