representative who was assigned the account has made many attempts to reach the customer but, has not been successful.
According to the records this is a good customer. We originally accepted the order for servicing based on the fact that the customer had a complete understanding before giving us permission to enter the account. Once the order was accepted, it required a substantial commitment on our part to guarantee the service and price for the full term that was ordered. In the customer letter to you, the customer mentions that she called in March of 2015. Last month was the first call we received.
An adjustment has been made to the account and a letter has been sent to the customer. She should receive that within the next few days. If the customer has any further questions she may call her representative.

Thank you, we did receive your letter earlier this month regarding the above account. It was turned in to our customer care department for a complete review.   
 
We take great pride in the services we provide. Once an order is accepted for final processing, it takes a substantial investment on our part, to guarantees the price and services for the full term of the order. The last thing we want is a service problem or misunderstanding.
 
Our records do show that the order was placed in August of 2015. We believe that the customer was not in Florida at the time. However, as he had requested, his service was to start there. The records also show that the customer’s welcome package was actually delivered to his Florida address on September 3, 2015. During his confirmation the customer was pleasant, and had a complete understanding, before giving permission to enter his order.
 
In early June of this year, a representative turned in a request for change of address to the customer’s Texas address. That process began immediately. We did not indicate any product returns, calls or prior complaints. Up to this point everything appeared to be going exactly as scheduled.
 
At the end of June, after the change of address had started, we received a note regarding a failure to deliver products. This was the first service complaint that we received, we were sure it was due to the recent change of address.
Each publisher has different processing and publishing dates. So it is not unusual if an address change takes a while to re-establish itself. Our customers who move frequently usually give us a 2 month notice before moving. Should copies be missed, we simply extend service to make up for them. Most customers enjoy that feature.
 
Further, the new address is not a normal home address. It is a CMRA (commercial mail receiving agency). They forward mail on to a location in Mexico for customer pickup.
 
We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding on the latest billing amount. We indicate that the last payment received was in May. The June payment did not complete processing and was returned to the customer’s account. Later statements would have reflected a late charge.
 
The representative assigned to this account, has been attempting to reach the customer but has been unsuccessful. Her calls are not meant to harass, but to service the account properly. She has left messages but has not received a return call.
 
Please have the customer give his representative a call. She has been waiting to hear from him and is more than happy to help in any way possible. We will keep your offices informed.
