The post office in Middletown,R.I"lost" my package in transit from one location to the sorting facility less than miles awayI caught the clerk short changing me and made him count the money in his registerHe gave me the $I was supposed to receive but never apologized for his errorThe next time I came in with my package he accused me of taking a manila envelope from the rack and using that for my packageI ignored him and told him that I had purchased stamps and the envelope earlier in the day from the female clerkHe took my package and processed it I should have walked awayWhen I went back to find out why my package was not delivered, this same clerk said it was "lost."
I will never send another package from this post officeThe fedex store is right down the street so that will get all my business

On May 4, I visited the Wheatley HeightsNew York post office around 11:00amI purchased a money order for $which I needed to be sent PRIORITY MAIL to ArizonaI paid a bit over $to have it sent using the priority serviceI questioned the woman at the window when it will reach the destination, she told me in two days which will bring it to FridayI agreed and mailed it , is the 9th of may and my son still has not received the mailI had reasons to send the mail using the priority service because getting the money order there was very time sensitiveI could of sent the mail using the regular slow service and incur a charge for paying my son's rent late, I didn't do that and his rent is still late and I still incur a late charge of $The service the postal service offer is very unreliable , I paid for an advertised service which I think the USPS do not deliver

We ship hundreds of packages a week via Priority Mail and USPS First ClassLess the 33% of them arrive at their destination within weeks! If you have a choice, ship with FedEx or UPS

I have been impressed with how fast my USPS delivered packages have been arriving Again and again they deliver day(s) before the expected arrival date I just ordered something from California on Wednesday via USPS First Class Mail The original expected delivery was Tuesday the following week Instead it arrived Friday the same week So that's only two days going from Chico, California to Miami, Florida I am very pleased

I have no idea if I'm posting this in the right place, but it's the best place I can find. The [redacted] in my area, ZIP 85019, constantly delivers packages and mail to us that isn't ours, and delivers packages that ARE ours to the people living on the next street over. We've spoken to them several times with no improvement.

By far the most abysmal service I have ever experienced. They claimed a 24/7 business was closed and did not drop off my package. Any phone number called to get a hold of someone is the worst experience I have ever had and it was all automated and got every word I said wrong and then proceeded to hang up on me. Calling the corporate office is the same thing as they just hang up on you.

The late delivery of my mail caused me to pay an appeal of
$35, and I paid $150 to the attorney to take off the 3 points on my driver license
because the court considered me guilty by absence. Now the amount has changed, I'm asking for $185 refund...

only.
I am asking for the refund because if they didn't deliver my
mail that late (by 10 days), I wouldn't have gone through all this, and I
wouldn’t lose $185.
 Thank you,

Dear Ms. [redacted]:This replies to your  letter to the Revdex.com. Your correspondence was referred to my office for investigation and response. Please accept the Postal Service's apology for the delay of the First-Class Mail package...

you sent to Mississippi in September and for any inconvenience you experienced as a result. Certainly, 16 days for the package to arrive is not within the 2-4 days that we usually estimate for mail of this class to reach its destination. I regret that your package . was an excep.tion to our goals. There are no guarantees for any of our classes of mail except for Priority Mail Express, which is the Postal Service's overnight service, and refunds are generally not provided. Please accept the enclosed postage stamps as a one-time customer service gesture. I appreciate your taking the time to write and for the opportunity to address your concerns .Sincerely,[redacted], Manager

Ray Charles Station / West Adams Needs A Lot Of Drastic Improvements
This Has Got To Be The Worst Ray Charles Station/West Adams 90016 Post Office Around!
Regarding: USPS Tracking # **SSN[redacted]SSN**
Around Saturday, November 26, 2016, I received another Pink Slip Form #3849 Delivery Notice to pick up a parcel and once again, the sender's name was purposely and deliberately Not Written On The Pink Slip.
I can Not Reiterate On How Many Times I Contacted Ms. H[redacted], the Station Manager at (323) 933-1471 to make a Proper Arrangement to have the package dropped off, but Always Unsuccessfully!
When I had several conversations with her, I told her that I would print and sign my name and write in my home mailing address on the Pink Slip and leave it on top of my mailbox in order for her carrier to pick up and drop off my parcel in which was Never Done!
Instead the Postal Carrier just Ignored My Pink Slip and just kept on leaving more pink slips inside the mailbox.
Furthermore, during my last conversation with Ms. H[redacted] which was on Friday, December 2, 2016, she gave me instructions to go online and make a re-delivery attempt in which I did and was told that the postal carrier would drop off the package back on
Saturday, December 3, 2016. Sadly that Never Happened!
When it did Not Happen, I contacted the post office almost immediately and was told that the postal carrier will Not Drop Off The Package regardless of whether I sign and fill in the Pink Slip and Leave It On My Mailbox Or Not!
I was then told to come back to the Ray Charles Station / West Adams, 4960 West Washington Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90016 Post Office on Monday, December 5, 2016 and bring with me my Pink Slip and pick up my package on that date.
Well the situation gets only Worst!
Therefore, back on Monday, December 5th, 2016, when I went inside the Post Office with my Pink Slip that I presented, I was told that the Package Is No Longer Waiting For Me At The Post Office and was On Its' Way Back To The Sender!
I was also told that they Only Hold The Package For Five (5) Days And That Is All!
For Your Information: Being Given And Fed Lies, Games and Purposeful Misinformation is Tot[redacted]y Disgusting, Dishonest and Highly Unacceptable!
All That I Wanted Was My Package In The First Place And I Followed The Instructions Of Leaving The Pink Slip On The Mailbox Signed And Filled Out and then the Mail Courier Purposely And Deliberately Ignored It!
Then after speaking with Ms. H[redacted], the Station Manager, I followed her Rules and had arranged for a New Delivery Date For The Very Next Day After Going On To Their Website To Process The Request which Never Happened because it was Never Redelivered!
Then I go inside the Post Office since those were the Last Instructions from the Last United States Postal Representative Whom I Had Spoken to bring in the Pink Slip and Pick Up The Package in which the Package Was No Longer There!
How Would You Feel If You Went Through All Of The Hoops, Chains and Whistles Only To End Up Nowhere In Trying To Pick Up Your Package?
Now The Package Is Going Back To The Sender In Florida For Invalid Reasons!
I Will Never Get To Pick Up And/Or Receive My Package Now Because As Of Wednesday, December 7, 2016, I will be on a Flight One Way To Buenos Aires, Argentina for about Eight (8) Months In Order To Finish A Promotional, Research Project With Tourism In Promoting The Country!
Yes, I Have More Than Every Right To Be Angry And P....d Off And Upset!
I do Not Trust The United States Postal Service Any Longer!
If this would have been with United Parcel Service, DHL or Federal Express, then this would have Never Happened!
Thank You For Nothing!
Sincerely yours,
Howard Paul S[redacted]

Hello,
This is a certified mail that I attached the copy from the USPS website that contain  the tracking dates from the tracking number
thank you
[redacted]

A few months ago I ordered an item online from a seller on ebay. When the item was shipped to me, the address on file was for an apartment that I last lived in but no longer do. I have an active forwarding request with the USPS that is supposed to forward any mail from them onto my new address. The forwarding request was never referenced by the USPS, and as a result, the package was sent back to the sender's home-town USPS. After recognizing a mistake had been made by the tracking locator online, I contacted USPS customer care which assured me in no uncertain terms that the item would be resent to my current address. Weeks went by as I tracked the package from home and the item remained at the USPS office until finally it was marked as "DISPOSED OF". I have tried multiple times to discuss this with USPS who is claiming that financial responsibility for their mistake will have to fall on the item's seller because they have a policy of no refunds unless an item is "insured". They messed up, were given an opportunity to correct the mistake and then doubled down by destroying the package and shifting the onus of responsibility. I would like them to refund me the $30.61 for my package.

Copperas Cove Post Office is the worst in the STATE OF TEXAS. If I could i'd file a complaint but they won't allow me to do that on here. The mailman trespassed into my garage and walked up behind me. To the entrance of my garage partly inside. This is the 3rd time he's tried to confront me and start a fight. I called on him every time and the last and final time told them if he walked up behind me again and trespassed into my house he would not be leaving. Since then I've talked to the postal investigator who told me to talk to the post master about it. She ended up siding with the mailman and they will no longer deliver packages to me or my wife. I've never had an issue with the other man that runs our mail but she would not allow him to deliver it either. She denied that the other incidences occurred. It is a disservice and shows the lack of integrity these people possess. I'm working on resolving this situation until justice is served.

Revdex.com:The company responded and is willing to file the claim.  I have filed the claim but it has not been...

yet and therefore notresolved.

I have had the WORST service from the post office. I sent a package out on 3/11/16 however the buyer of my eBay item didn't change his address for the package in eBay. However he DID have a change of address on File with the post office. On 3/14 the package was undeliverable due to the change of address and was to be forwarded. 2 days later the post office tried delivery again to the original address not the forward address. On 3/17 it was still in San Francisco. I called and spoke with a lady named Kim who verified that the receiver has a forward address on file and the package will go to the Forward Center in Sacramento California. Low and behold Monday 3/21 the package is STILL in San Francisco and the mns have attempted to deliver it again in San Francisco. Every time I call I get nothing but excuses. They take NO ownership in their inability to process the package properly to the Forward center. Apparently today it is the fault of the substitute carrier because he is on overtime covering for the regular one who is on vacation. He couldn't even attempt to deliver it correctly! My package has a signature required on it so today the substitute carrier left a signature for pick up card. My package has spent over 1 week in San Francisco showing scan after scan. Consumer Affairs in SF is useless. They either can't answer their phones. Are not required to set up voicemails or can't help you when you do call. I have wasted time and time again calling people there and the 800# that takes an act of god to get a human on the line. I am constantly amazed at how no one will take ownership over the problems my package has had. Yes the buyer on eBay should have updated his address with eBay and Paypal but crap happens. If everyone was able to do that perfectly the post office wouldn't even need to offer forwarding services. But they do. So if they had done their jobs correctly. My package would not have been attempted to be delivered to the WRONG address on 3/17, had they done the forwarding stuff correctly the 2nd time my package would not have been attempted to be redelivered again for the 3rd time at the wrong address and had substitute carried given a flying crap about someone else's route he would not have left a orange pick up form for the package that shouldn't have been out for delivery in the first place. So here is the 411 the post office employees in San Francisco can't seem to work efficiently. On 3/17 I spoke with Kim in the post office 94124 who VERIFIED a change of address was on file and that my package would go to the Forward center in Sacramento. So whomever touched this package on 3/19 and 3/20 and 3/21 should have known that. The 800# is useless as they don't have access to the system that has forwards on file. They can only get the local post office w/your package to call you. If and when they do call you they give you excuses. I do not need to know that the supervisor went home sick with gout, that the carrier is on vacation, the substitute carrier is on overtime, that the substitute carrier didn't seem to realize they had a forward on the package. I don't need to know the few people I speak with have no clue why it can't be sorted properly. I paid a fee for a service and people to do their job. If you came to my job and I gave you excuses for errors that shouldn't affect the customer you would be upset.
Here is the tracking as of today. Now I have to sit and wait to see if Maribel does her job when substitute carrier comes back to the office from his route and gives her the package and she will ENSURE it is finally done correctly. The government wonders why people don't like the post office. They are overpaid, don't care and in an industry that provides customer service that falls short. I wait at least 15+ minutes every time I go to my local PO and I see lines out the door but as I wait I see that JANE DOE clerk gets her break and leaves 1 clerk in line to handle us all. Thank you for making me regret not using FedEx for this package. When I had a customer who had moved 4 months prior to ordering from me FedEx was 100% helpful in their office where my package was located. THEY CALLED ME to notify me of a delay. They told ME that the house was empty because the driver had left a notice and it was on the door 3 days later. Amazing night and day differences!

In the last month, no one on my street has received mail four times, two of them being yesterday and today. There have been many instances of things not arriving at all. The USPS has not resolved the problems, which have been going on for months. The problem appears to be at our post office:
OAKLAND PARK
2200 INNIS RD
COLUMBUS, OH **SSN**
You can rarely get through when calling, the line rings busy. They are well aware of the problem.
It's a major problem and I am turning elsewhere because nothing else has worked.
