Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to mefurther, I found that UAC did go the extra mile and after talking with Julie we were able to come to an arrangement that works for both partiesI cannot express enough, the appreciation I have for the fact that Carhop/UAC did do exactly what they advertiseMy experience does show their commitment to Joe CustomerI am not overstating the fact that this is a company that all people can go to for help in these crazy financial times

I am rejecting this response because:It should show on my credit that I have credit history and equifax there is no report at all there's only info on the late payment my credit did not go up what so ever from this car I had to replace the motor in the vehicle months after purchase but because the car was supposed to help my credit and show I had credit history I didn't make a huge deal about it now my credit only shows I have year and months of history for my recent carTo creditors the way you guys didn't put paid looks like the account was closed it doesn't look good to them apparently and having no credit history reported doesn't look good either when I paid on that car for and a half yearsSo I am wondering why I have no credit history for that vehicleI can keep this letter and show the creditors but as far as my credit history it looks like I have none even though I should

I am rejecting this response because: I am glad that UAC is showing ownership in wrongfully having my car repossessed but they are blame the towing company Undercover Auto Recovery for not responding to an email to cancel the repossession in a timely mannerThere has been some damage to my car and I'm not sure how significant it is but there are pieces of plastic on my drive way as well as drag marks down my drive wayI gave them the keys after he towed it into the street because they to truck driver didn't believe me and was going to continue to drag my vehicle by forceUac asked me to call undercover auto because it was there mistake but when I call undercover auto is saying the Fault lies with UACI'm scheduled to pick up my vehicle This Friday and am hoping I don't pay for a vehicle that doesn't run in the manner I left itI want diagnostic and service check done on my vehicle before pickup and Someone to show full ownership in there mistake made that unnecessarily stressful

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/02/26) */ RE: Mr [redacted] File No: [redacted] Dear Ms***: Thank you for forwarding the complaint from Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] filed several Revdex.com and Attorney General complaints in October, November and December of In our thorough investigation into this manner we pulled the sales contract from and have reason to believe that Mr [redacted] was in fact the person who purchased the Ford Taurus on July 15, At that time, Mr [redacted] provided CarHop with his Minnesota valid drivers' license, social security number, a bank statement from Wells Fargo, an attorney letter from [redacted] , an invoice from AT&T, and another attorney letter from [redacted] as proof of residency Mr [redacted] 's first payment to UAC came back as NSF and when UAC contacted him he stated that UAC had the wrong checking information, and that he would go to the sales location on August 6, to make the past due paymentUAC received Mr [redacted] 's first payment on August 8, via a credit card payment over the phoneIn fact UAC contacted Mr [redacted] on many occasions for his delinquent payments, and even spoke with him at his place of employment in September 2008; then in October his place of employment informed UAC that he was no longer employed thereMr [redacted] never informed UAC in that he didn't purchase this vehicleEventually after failed payment plans on Mr [redacted] 's end, his vehicle was repossessed in December In May UAC turned Mr [redacted] 's account over to a third party collection agency, JCCIt was not until October that Mr [redacted] contacted UAC to say that this is fraud and not his account, which contradicts Mr [redacted] 's statement in his Revdex.com complaint letter that he was unaware of the fraudulent transaction until In June Mr [redacted] went to another CarHop sales location to apply for a vehicle and was denied because of his previous repossessionAt that time, Mr [redacted] provided a Texas drivers license with the identical signature as in on his Minnesota drivers' license; in addition the same social security number was on both credit applicationsNevertheless, we did delete the transaction with the three national credit bureausOn February 16, we re-checked and this transaction is not showing up with the three national credit bureaus Please contact me if I may be of further assistanceThank You Sincerely, Julie [redacted] Customer Relations Specialist [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/09/14) */ September 11, [redacted] Mediation Coordinator Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota [redacted] XXXXX RE: Mr [redacted] File No: XXXXXXXX Dear Ms [redacted] Thank you for forwarding the complaint from Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] purchased his vehicle from CarHop on November 28, and UAC (MO) holds his contract In April Mr [redacted] voluntarily returned his vehicle stating that the vehicle was not having any mechanical issues but he no longer needed nor wanted the vehicleUAC accepted the vehicle in full satisfaction of his debt As to the credit reporting, we have accurately furnished the account status to the credit reporting agencies Please contact me if I may be of further assistanceThank You Sincerely, [redacted] Sterbenz Customer Relations Specialist XXX-XXX-XXXX Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 8, 2015/09/24) */

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the records on my account that I have asked for for the past years.A "clerical error" went unnoticed for four years, negatively effecting my credit- preventing me from improving my credit, which is precisely what CarHop advertises as providingI would like a copy of the notes that were taken on my account; I paid CarHop over $7,000, and that is information I should have access toIf an insurance company determined the vehicle to be salvaged, would it have cleared any other test- or are there separate measures, done by separate companies, that determine a vehicle to be salvaged or not? Also, when this issue was brought to their attention, the option not provided to me was that of receiving a refundGranted, the vehicle was passed the 3-day warranty, I was not made aware of the salvaged title until passed that 3-day period; had I known, the car would have never been purchased. The "18,mile warranty" did not cover the engine oil leak, which was the second most burdensome problemThey refused to budge on that, and when I found out the vehicle was salvaged, I wanted nothing to do with itI have a friend, Gino Martinez, who recently purchased a vehicle fro CarHop and the breaks were so bad, he could not drive the vehicle after having it for weeksYet, they would not return the vehicle for him, as his issue was not covered under the warranty.CarHop is luring in people with bad/no credit, giving them lemon, unreliable vehicles, and making their credit worseAnd now, after a clerical issue, CarHop is supposed to be excused for their behavior? It is time they engage in good, ethical business practices- and this service should be demanded off them.I would like my records.I would like CarHop to work diligently with the Credit Bureaus in repairing my credit
