Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2016/02/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My resolution clearly states that I demand that UAC cease and desist all collection efforts however, they have willfully disregarded the demand by continuing to contact me instead of responding to the validation requestI received a call while working unsure if it was a family emergencyI was not aware of whom the caller was but ended the call abruptly when I realized it was not a family emergencyI also received voicemail and emails from UAC, however, I have not received the validation or notification of removal of the illegitimate debtUAC should not contact me for any reason as I have thoroughly outlined my request and their gross violations of applicable credit and debt collection laws causing further damages

I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with UAC for several months in regard to this matter and I spoke with a manager named Ryan in regards to the accusations on funds being insufficientI contacted my bank and I have proof that UAC took the payment of $out of my account because it was available to themMy bank also confirmed the exact time and date when UAC accepted the paymentNot to mention, before I could even disconnect the call with my banking insititution Ryan from UAC called me to verify, over a secured and subjected to be recorded phone line, stating my payment had been found and there was an error in the systemHe also went on to stay that this is not the first time this has happenedNevertheless, I was sure I would then receive my title and registration within 10daya because that is what was told to meAfter a month had past, I called UAC back to only be spoken too and treated very unprofessionallyI was then told by different employees that I should have my title and registration any dayAgain, they were not helpfulSo I called a 3rd time, only to be told that my account was sold to a collection agency by the name of NCBWhen I called NCB they stated that they have on file that I paid UAC $as a settlement and that NCB was honoring itThey mentioned that they needed to contact UAC to release my title and registration and they still yet to have gotten anything accomplished. I am beyond upset because I paid over $for UAC to have computer glitches and not have accurate records on my paymentNow I am paying ticket after ticket because I cannot renew any information on my vehicleI am ready to take legal action because I feel like I was scammed out of my money and UAC is not doing anything about itI am sure there are phone calls and note records that can be pulled to investigate what I am saying! I would like this issue resolved, my title and registration and this company off of my credit report!

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/12/11) */
Thank you for responding, As requested I have reviewed the statement that was sent by *** *** in response to our dispute with Universal Acceptance Corporationi will respond in accordance with and to her statements
1) *** *** stated that "they do contact customers who fall behind on their payments to help them keep their account in good standing."
2) in response to her statement: we have not fallen behind and we have made every payment on time as our payments are made directly through our bank in the form of an ACH Debit UAC UAC PMT of $This payment type and arrangement was made and agreed upon at the time of the vehicle purchaseAs well a pre-emptive text is normally sent to our phone confirming that an ach payment will be made from our account letting us know 12-hours prior to the actual payments being madeDuring this so called glitch that UAC was experiencing they also failed to send that text
below you will find a list of payments showing that they have been paid on time I can only go back months but im sure the payment records uac have will show all payments have been made and made on time through electronic payment
All payments made before 06/12/made on time by the same method of payment
01) 6/12/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
02) 6/26/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
03) 7/10/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
04) 7/24/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
05) 8/7/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
06) 8/21/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
07) 9/4/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
08) 9/18/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
09) 10/02/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
10) 10/16/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
11) 11/2/$point where they stated they had a computer glitch
12) 11/13/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
13) 11/27/$ACH PAYMENT TO UAC
As you can see above we have made all payments that have needed to be paid except the payment that UAC admitted was not transferred due to their negligence, computer issues or glitches as it was referred too by their represenitiveAs well the text confirming the payment will be made was never sentthe failure of UAC to maintain their computer equipment to a standard that they can conduct a professional business transaction does not place on me or my family the responsibility or burden of their mistakes nor does it constitute in any way an emergency or requirement to rearrange or delay my other financial and banking transactions as to correct their faults and mistakesAs well you will see that after the date and payment they admitted to their computers messing up, every payment has been made on time and in fullFurther proof of our innocence in this matter can be verified by contacting our bank and verifying that in fact there was no attempt or action by us taken or authorized to have this payment stopped, cancelled or delayedAnd that the fault this payment was not processed was the fault of UAC and their faulty equipment and unprofessional disrespectful employees
2) Ms *** *** "stated that she has attempted to contact me regarding this matter buy both email and phone."
3) In response to her statement: as can be seen in the context of her letter that ms *** continues to believe and places the blame of this missed payment on us, this is why we have not contacted herIt is our option too, as advised by the Revdex.com, that if well feel it necessary, we have and can reserve to have the right to deliberate these accusations through the Revdex.com and not ms *** or UAC directlyAs she has contacted us after our decision to contact the B.B.Band after the rude and disrespectful manner in which we have been treated
We have chosen this route due to the unprofessionalism of their employeesWhile trying to deal with this matter in the past we have had UAC and carhop employees degrade and criticize our ability to handle our financesThey have tried comparing our purchase of this vehicle to a purchase of French fries from McDonalds telling me that I don't get fries if I don't pay for them whatever that meantI attempted to reach an agreement with UAC concerning the missed payment, I had asked to use our month free pass that I had planned on using in December any way, I was quickly interrupted and told no and began to be insulted and degraded to the point my ptsd took over and I became impolite to this individual and hung up
These individuals knowing that I am a disabled vet call my home on Veterans Day threatening to take my vehicle, stating I need to pay my billsI have been sent threatening emails threatening the repo of the vehicle, continuing harassing phone calls filling up my mailbox so that I can't receive messagesI have attempted to work with these people regarding this matter but they are determined to not take responsibility for their actions and mistakes rather continuing the defamation, to threaten and harass a consumer that has done nothing wrong
4) Ms *** stated "that they are willing to work with us if I answer their emails or calls and again she in her sentence places the blame on and insinuates that I cant or am unable to make my payments and that they are willing to find an agreeable solution
5) In response to her statements: we have attempted to deal with these people in the past over the vehicle and the safety issues of the vehicle after purchase and they refuse to take any responsibility over anything, they have admitted to this problem being their fault and continue to harass, insinuate, defamate, criticize, discredit and refuse to come to any reasonable outcome that doesn't place the blame of this situation directly and solely on us
6) in response to her statements of answering her calls or any other calls from UAC or car hop I have decided once again to take the advice of the Revdex.com and conduct all further contact with either two of these companies carhop or uac instead continuing to deliberate these accusations through the Revdex.comas of now I have no interest in or consider these companies of further concern to me I could care less if I speak to anyone from either company againI have been disrespected, lied to ,harassed and threatened by these people to many times and they are not going to get away with trying to further defimate or bully a consumer due mistakes made by UAC/CarHop or the quality of product they provide and its safetyI will continue to make my payments responsibly as I have done in the past through our continued responsible electronic payment and while my response may be harsh and unwelcoming it is in direct response to the attack being conducted against me by these two companiesAs well I do not believe there to be any law in this country which I have defended stating that I am required to return any call or answer any email especially ones that are threatening and defemating
7) in response to her statement " regarding references and their contact, these references were placed as individuals to be used to verify emplacements and financial abilities to pay on a vehicle not to call and attempt to threaten and intimidate in order to solicit and obtain personal and private information about a consumer as has been done by UAC/carhop during this matterAnd in response to her doing this removal even though she didn't have to, well she did because the individuals UAC contacted as well as I told them that due to the nasty and disrespectful manner that they were using while trying to gain personal and private information on someone
8) In reference to contacting our account manager well that not going to happenWhat needs to happen is she needs to be fired and charged with harassment and defemation of character as well as threatening and intimidationI could go on about her unprofessionalism and sheer mob mentality in which she conducts business its best we don't speak again less I hurt her feelings
In conclusion this stops now I will not tolerate the accusations or threats made against me or my familyFurther threats and accusations will result in further action to defend ourselves if legal action is required then that is the route that will be taken
All of this mess has been and continues to be the creation of a business that has made a mistake in their abilities to handle simple banking and business transactions and that their self embarrassment of this failure has enraged them to the point that they will not stop until they make an innocent consumer pay for their (UAC) mistakesyet still they refuse to do anything a about a death trap they sold us resulting in a near death experience and the loss of over $all resulting in the trash they sold usWe have attempted to have the car looked at buy their mechanics but all we get is transferred to a different line each time and told different stories of who deals with the mechanical issuesUpon trying to deal with this issue again we attempted to contact the dealer that sold us the vehicle but was told he was fired for messing up sales so yeah that went nowhere
Here are some examples of what we had to replace in order to get home while being denied help by UAC and stranded in the middle of nowhereNo company should be able to sell trash like this
These are just some of the issues we have had with this vehicle we were sold all in Less than months and we only usually travel 4-miles per dayThe engine itself is about to Blow and no mechanic will touch it because of the warrantyI am a mechanic of the army For years so I had to do all the repairs mostly on the side of the road or at strangers Houses or wherever we broke downAgain I say the worst mistake I made was buying this Vehicle from this type of business they are vultures trying to feed on people
Its evident that they don't care about the trash they are selling or the lives they are endangering buy selling the trash, I believe this business needs to be shut down before someone dies from their greed and lack of concern or care of its consumers

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/12/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
dear MS ***
their is nothing to accept in their response, again they are trying to avoid this issue by stating they want me to call them and discuss it with them as I have said in the past I will not be contacting anyone from this sorry excuse of a business and as far as them taking customers seriously how many more lies are they goanna spout out as you can see they have made no attempt at resolving this but instead continue to refuse any solution but having us take the fault and blame of this mess that they have created
as far as me providing them with whom I spoke to and when, that is not my responsibility it is theirs as it is their rude disrespectful ignorant employees and their computers not mine what they don't even know who they have calling and sending emails to harass and accuse me that's just sorryand as far as training they just need to shut down and fire all those employed and turn in their business license to what ever cereal box it came from and that's the only way that they can correct their way of doing businessas far as her contacting me to get a better understanding I have explained it as plain as possible on multiple occasions yet they refuse to open their eyes and ears and get their pride out of their way and take responsibilityas far as our contact on the phone and this lil girl saying that I immediately cursed art her that a blatant lie, I ask who it was she said she was from uac and I stated that I told them not to be harassing me with these phone calls and emails and yes after the continues harassing emails and calls from her so called professional employees when they have been informed I do not want to speak to them at all but reserve my right to go through the Revdex.com mediator, I did after she caused a ptsd attack tell her not to *** call me again, she can *** as far as helping us with the mechanical issues she's a liar again as can be proven by the amount of issues that they refused to deal with if this car blows up I will not pay anything else on it and leave it where it dies, I have sent multiple request asking to be helped with this if they can figure out how to use their computers they would see that but then again as they have stated they cant even make a payment transfer without screwing it up and placing blame and continues the harassment on the innocent
in addition I encourage her to make that the last call she makes to me and deal with this issue through the Revdex.com and quit trying to have me call her if I wanted to speak with this girl I would but I have no respect for anyone in this or car hop company and will not have it forced on me, if this continues I will have an injunction against harassment placed against her and all those who have contacted me and I will press charges if this car is taken as in the threatened repo due to their ignorance I will have all involved arrested and press charges for theftIf I find they have been recording me without my permission I will file charges for violating government statutes regarding the recording of phone calls
again I may sound harsh and I am when my rights are being violated and im being falsely accused of this issueI could at any time pay these crooks the $but why it was their mistake to fix not mine they screwed up and I will not rearrange my finances to appease their ignorance and hostility and I did not serve my country years to have what sounds like some *** act this way to meagain they have sent no reasonable solution or any solution at all to this matter except to avoid going through the Revdex.com and have me contact them so they can spew more ignorant accusation toward us in a defamating manner out the hole in their face, like I said I will make all payments until their refusal to deal with the mechanical issues kills the car as it already hasI have supplied these humph people with all information regarding the maintenance issues and they ignore and leave a stranded so called very serious customer service issue unhandled and nearly killing a consumer due to their trash and I mean their vehicles but as I have been treated I would say it would include their employees too
im an old soldier I will not tolerate this disrespect and lies like I said they need to fix their problems and take a couple business course and hire some decent American employees and maybe you would do better in life until then your just going to do what you do spread hate and unhappiness to everyone you come in contact with and that just sad, grow up and take responsibilities for your own action your own mistake and accept the repercussions
sincerely
Spec.U.S.Army *** ***
oh and on another note I will be starting a boycott of this business and their associates at car hop I will begin to inform and show proof to anyone asking or thinking of dealing with these crooks the type of business they run
I would say have a happy holiday to this woman but nah I hope they have the worst holiday ever as they have ruined so many of mine with their ignorance and terroristic threatsbut you at Revdex.com have a great ,a merry and blessed holiday

I am rejecting this response because:They still claim no responsibility for disrupting my livelihoodAt least they admit to the due dates, but they failed to admit December 30,
