I am rejecting this response because: I contacted Sam at Universal Acceptance and he is not willing to work anything outthey absoultely refuse to pick up this car.they will not do anything with the title but yet have closed the account for the loan.I will now try to junk the car without the title.they think the lemon law doesn't apply to them because the car is a but it does because I checked it out I will have to sue them and Car Hop for selling a bad lemon car,,, this is what they have forced me to try now.this can all be avoided if they agree to pick up the car

I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken to an attorney about this, and they tell me that UAC can adjust the acct to verify the accuracyAnd also to verify that the acct has been settled when and if it can be reached at that pointWhen we spoke you told me that even if we come to a settlement and we pay it offThat UAC will not remove it from the bureau's or notify the bureau's of any changesTo date your office has not even attempted to get the vehicle, when we were making payments, we never got receipts are anything elseYour office doesn't treat disabled right in any mannerAnd as far as the settlement, I am social security *** hasn't been able to maintain steady employmentPer federal law I am judgement proofIf I ever agreed to another settlement it will be under terms that it will be taken of our credit reports once it is settledI have alot of medical issues going on right now, so I ask everyone to please not contact me by phone only email.6/6/2016 If your office truly wants this acct settled than it needs to be in terms all parties can agree too. 1:52am*** *** and *** ***

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/08) */
Thank you for forwarding the complaint from Mr*** ***Mr***
purchased his vehicle from CarHop on July 26, and UAC holds his financial contract
To best address Mr***'s mechanical issue, I consulted
with CarHop and they informed
me that they have honored their warranty in repairs, and, in addition, as a good will gesture
CarHop has paid for a few non-covered repairs as well
In February 2015, to accommodate Mr***'s request, UAC voluntarily agreed to change
his payment due datesUAC is unable to lower his payments at this timeUnfortunately; Mr
*** did not qualify for UAC's Rewards Program to skip a paymentHowever, solely as a
good will gesture, UAC is willing to allow Mr*** to skip his next payment that is due
I spoke with Mr*** on April 3, and he stated that he is satisfied with this resultI
encourage Mr*** to contact me at the number below if he should have any further
questions or concerns
Please contact me if I may be of further assistanceThank You

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/05/18) */
Thank you for forwarding the second complaint from Mr*** ***To confirm UAC
standard procedure, we do contact customers who fall behind on their payments to help them
keep their account in good standing
We at UAC take customer
service very seriouslyOn that note, we listened to the many call
recordings with Mr*** and UACWe did not find any calls where UAC threatened,
disrespected or mistreated Mr***Nor did any UAC representative tell Mr*** to
never call UAC again, as he claims in his complaint
I spoke with Mr*** on several occasionsI explained that UAC did work with him to get
his account current after he missed his first two paymentsHis third payment was $short
Mr*** is required by his contract to make his payments on timeMr*** stated to
me several times on May 13, that he would like us to do him a personal favor and allow
him to pay his past due amount on May 22, 2015, along with his full payment that will be due
May, 22, I informed Mr*** that while we understand his unforeseen financial
situation at this time that this is a business contract, and not personalI advised Mr***
that he would need to make his delinquent payment of $to UAC by May 13, Mr
*** did so and is now current
UAC is compliant with all collection regulations, policies and state lawsMr*** entered
a legal binding contract with UAC and UAC will continue to contact him when and if his
account is delinquentI encourage Mr*** to contact his UAC account manager at *** extension number *** if he should have any further questionsThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactoryI have attached screenshots that indicate that the balance had decreased due to the making of on time payments to an account that is listed as being closed in NovThe account being listed as "closed-derogatory" greatly effects my credit lifeThe payment history isn't bring reflected with a "closed-derogatory" accountI've disputed yet again, and the only thing that has changed is the balanceThe balance decreasing on what is seemingly a closed account, in no way betters my credit with the wrong info being reportedSomeone help pleaseThank you, *** ***
