Please be advised that UMUC has received your email notification dated 9/20/in regards to complaint ID ***You have indicated that *** *** states that we did not fully research her concerns, and that she believes her submissions had been lost or misplacedTherefore, she is rejecting the findings of our 9/11/email responseTo be clear, we have made no determination on *** ***'s complaintIn our 9/11/response, we only asked that *** *** provide us with more information, which will allow us to review her concerns.The following is a brief synopsis of our response to the Revdex.com complaint we received on 8/31/In this complaint *** *** stated that she experienced extenuating circumstances which prevented her from attending classes*** *** further stated that she submitted the necessary information to address her financial aid and academic issues but never received a response to her requests.After review of *** ***'s records and consultation with the relevant UMUC Departments, we were unable substantiate *** ***'s claim that she made a request for the resolution she is seekingAs such, we asked the student to re-send copies of the original the information she submitted to usWe also explained to her that we could not move forward with our inquiry without the informationWe requested this information on 9/11/17, 9/12/and again on 9/20/Each time *** *** apologized for her delay and stated that she would send the information as soon as possibleTo date *** *** has not provided us with the requested documentation and we are still waiting for a response from her.As we have repeatedly explained to *** ***, we are willing to review her claims but for us to do so we need the information showing the date she provided us documentation she contends we failed to review

Customer purchased his vehicle from a used car dealership in another county Car was repaired under warranty Customer called us on August 23, regarding his concern He spoke with our service manager He was advised at that time, that we would contact the other Ford
Dealership involved and get back with him to resolve the issue Customer, within hours of letting us know of his concern, has posted negative reviews online and with the Revdex.comWe have already reached out to the customer on three occasions via the telephone number that he asked us to call We have been unsuccessful in trying to contact the customer This situation has already been resolved but we have been unable to contact the customer The other Ford Dealership involved had already been contacted and was asked to send us the bill The other Ford Dealership indicated that the customer had paid the bill of $and was bringing us the receipt The customer has not brought us the receipt to date and we have not been able to contact the customer. This issue could have already been resolved We were glad to refund the $as a customer care issue, even though it was a different part that failed within the fuel pump We have been in business for years and our whole business model is based on understanding the reason we are in business, the customer It is disheartening that a situation already resolved has lead to negative online postings and a complaint to the Revdex.com within hours of making us aware of the issue Sincerely, B.FEvans Ford
