Customer purchased his vehicle from a used car dealership in another county Car was repaired under warranty Customer called us on August 23, regarding his concern He spoke with our service manager He was advised at that time, that we would contact the other Ford
Dealership involved and get back with him to resolve the issue Customer, within hours of letting us know of his concern, has posted negative reviews online and with the Revdex.comWe have already reached out to the customer on three occasions via the telephone number that he asked us to call We have been unsuccessful in trying to contact the customer This situation has already been resolved but we have been unable to contact the customer The other Ford Dealership involved had already been contacted and was asked to send us the bill The other Ford Dealership indicated that the customer had paid the bill of $and was bringing us the receipt The customer has not brought us the receipt to date and we have not been able to contact the customer. This issue could have already been resolved We were glad to refund the $as a customer care issue, even though it was a different part that failed within the fuel pump We have been in business for years and our whole business model is based on understanding the reason we are in business, the customer It is disheartening that a situation already resolved has lead to negative online postings and a complaint to the Revdex.com within hours of making us aware of the issue Sincerely, B.FEvans Ford

I registered and attend all classes. The instructor gave the impression through comments and grades that I was completing course work accuratelyHowever, during exam would state it was incorrect.I repeated the course with a different instructor. As it turned out, the first professor wasn't teaching. The entire methodology for working all of the problems was different as if this was an entirely different subject matter
