UMUC has the most complains of all the so-called VA "Principles of Excellence". See: http://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill/principles_of_excellence.asp
UMUC is a for profit institution. UMUC is very unfriendly to veterans once they get their hands on your GI Bill / Federal money. UMUC's Academic policies are unfair to students. Do not go to UMUC. UMUC should not be allowed to get federal money from students / organizations. UMUC is a scam.

I am rejecting this response because: This issue has not been resolved! I have sent them all the paperwork that to prove my claims, I haven't heard back the University since; specifically Ms. Ashley S[redacted].I was hoping this could be resolved by me getting my refund and possibly an apology.Before contacting I will be contacting the Revdex.com I tried to resolve this situation more times over with Mr. Keith B[redacted] and more recently Mr. Claibourne P[redacted]; Mr. B[redacted] and stated I would be refunded, but I was not. Mr. P[redacted] stated due to the age of I would not be refunded. I will be contacting an attorney; this university ought to be ashamed! Even when they (the University)  looks into their system it shows I enrolled and dropped the class the same day! On that alone is the reason I should be getting my refund. But I provided proof I submitted an appeal and a detailed letter of whom I spoke with and whom directed me! The fact that they actually took $417.00 plus 17% from me infuriates me! They are crooks! I even provided the names and notes I took of the people I spoke with at the University. This issue is not resolved, and I will scream from the mountains of the injustice I have experienced and continue to warn people of the shady practices of this University!Regards,
