I live in an apartment complex which has parking rule of no taking more than one parking space which I did violate. However, what complex DOES NOT inform you of is that it will cost you $205.00! Furthermore, the staff will inform they have noresponsible for the pricing of the towing company THEY allow to operate on their property! Then the staff tells to take it up with the towing company. NICe! Additionally, I will be fililng a complaint about [redacted] towing company. Furthermore, the apartment complex had absolutely NO idea the address or where the towing company was located! They just give you phone number which was not answered until two and half hours later and then once you are lucky enough to find the towing umarked lot you wait another hour for someone to finally get to the tow lot they are rude and only interested in getting their mony peferrably CASH!
