I have just started using Uptown Plumbing, Heath and Cooling, Increcently and have been very satisfied with all of the transactions i've had with them The installed a new boiler and water heater in the fall and a new kitchen faucet today
Uptown did a wonderful job putting in a new boiler & tank to replace our year old boiler Professional, courteous & thoughtful, Rob made a complex set of decisions understandable The crew of Justin & Wayne (and Mikan) started at 6:AM and worked until PM on a Friday night to make sure all was working well This winter will be the true test but so far their dedication to making it work it has been impressive Tom Helling 11/7/
We had a cracked angle PVC joint from our sump pump and Eric looked at various options and was able to implement the most efficient and cost effective one Very pleased with work and cost Will definitely use Uptown Plumbing for future plumbing needs

I called this company when I had problems with my kitchen sinkI called them on Monday morning and I spoke to the customer service person who will take and schedule the callI asked the person how much would they charge to unclog my sinkHe said, that there will be no upfront charge until they assess the problem (make is sounds like they are cheap compare to other plumbing company but they are not!) He said, I will be scheduled for 8:00am the next day (Tuesday) and that a technician will be there at my houseI waited for the technician to arrive at 8:00am but nobody showed up so I went to work l have my son at home to open the door for the technician just in case he will show up The Technician arrived at 8:(mins late) and work on my sink for less than mins and charge me $for less than mins work removing the grease from my sinkI called the Uptown Plumbing an asked them why they charge me too much for less than mins workThe person refer me to the General Manager Mark [redacted] This guy called me at work and tells me that they did not do anything wrong that the price is reasonable and that I should not complainI told him about the entire scenario and I told him that it's very expensive for less than mins jobHe sounds like its my fault and that my son should have called me when their Tech is telling him the priceTo me, I think they are taking advantage of the situation because I was not there to tell the Technician not to work on my sink because the quote was very expensiveThe General Manager Mark [redacted] is not a good person to talk to on the phoneNot a good listener and I have to tell him to let me speak He should not be in that position if he cannot act like a professional to deal customer's feedback So overall, I am very disappointed with this company and will not recommend this to my company and friendsNEVER use Uptown Plumbing!!!

Once again, the team from Uptown Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling provided comprehensive service, this time installing my new furnace and air conditioner As usual, I received a phone call the day before to remind me of the scheduled service and the names of the field service personnel I'd be working withIn addition, I received an email reminder indicating that the team was on its way to my townhouse From the minute they arrived, the field service guys were very friendly and outgoingIn many respects, I felt like a couple of friends were doing the installationThey invited me to watch them at work and ask questions at any time during the installationThey also worked very well together, one focusing on the furnace and the other on the air conditioner When the installation was complete, the lead person provided very detailed illustrations of the varioius steps they used in both installations, focusing on ways in which this installation was a little different (and better) than my original furnace and air conditionerHe also provided clear instructions on forms that I had to send in as follto finalize everything There wasn't a bit of debris left over; in fact, they swept out my garage! Kudos to the team at Uptown Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling!!
We called Uptown at 4pm after discovering our water heater had sprung a massive leak, flooding our basementThe dispatcher had the after hours plumber to our house by 6pmThey had a replacement heater in stock, and we were very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of workNot cheap - $+ $for the emergency call - but high quality
I needed to have my exterior garden spigot relocated I made an appointment request through their call service Within a few hours someone from Uptown called me to schedule my appointment They sent me an email reminder of my appointment and called me the day of to see if I could accommodate a plumber earlier then scheduledThe plumber was very professional and laid out my options to relocate my spigotHe was got right to work after my approval He kept a clean work site and was thorough in explaining what he did and how to clear the water line prior to next winterOverall very satisfied with the price and workmanship
