Luckily, Uptown stands behind their no-lemon guaranteeI hired Uptown to install a LG mini-split AC system several years agoA part of the system was defectiveUptown worked to repair and then replaced the unitThe replacement unit also turned out to be defectiveUptown determined that the whole system needed replacing, and when the manufacturer denied responsibility, Uptown finally took on the expense of replacing the entire system (this time with Mitsubishi equipment) and the AC worked great every time I needed it all summer I am very glad I hired a company that not only did a good job installing, but also stood behind their company's promise even when their supplier let them down If it weren't for Uptown, I might have spent all that money on my mini-split system and never have had reliable AC!
I was very satisfied with the service Mike did an excellent job of explaining costs and features on the toilet I had installed today They cleaned the area up nicely after the job was done and I would certainly give Uptown plumbing an A+ We even did a little chatting about the eagles nests that I watch Job well done guys

What a rip off Our trusted plumber is no longer available and we have a dripping kitchen faucet In the interest of conservation we thought we should fix it We replied to an ad in the mail for a discount on services from Uptown Plumbing This is nothing about the specific plumber, but of their practices He assessed the situation and told us we could choose between options of repair ranging from $to over $ Needless to say we sent him away without the job, and had to pay him $for the visit Since we described the problem over the phone to them it would have served us better to be honest with how they price their work and we would not have wasted $and an afternoon for the visit
