We have already spoken to the customer regarding this matter and she was given the contact info for MrE [redacted] to speak to him at her request to resolve this issueWe sent the refund out to her to the address on her documentation that she provided to us via emailShe failed to update her address with us until after the factIn fact [redacted] is not the customer nor the recipient of the refund and this complaint is absurdShe requested that we stop payment and reissue the checkShe was informed that the stop payment fee would be deducted from the refund amountShe requested the supervisor's info and it was given to her

time to file this complaint of no merit, you could have sent an email or left a voice mail to cancel your orderIt is because of people like you who make assumptions negatively is why negative information is on the internet about Urban Nation

We are now days past the supposed mailing date and we have not received the refund. From my experience, it does not take days for a letter to reach its destination. We will keep this complaint open until the refund is in our hands.
