They assured me that the [redacted] did receive the 2 magazine subscriptions I donated to them(of course, I have no real way to verify that). They apologized and said that I would receive the full refund of $76 for my grandchildren’s subscriptions. They said to expect the refund in 7-21 days. Well, here it is now 31 days and I’ve received nothing. I didn’t respond to you about the resolution of my complaint because I’m waiting for the action by Urban Nation. The company stated, even on their written receipt, that orders will be received in 90-120...
days. Per their reply to this complaint, they are stating that the order is being "processed" with a ship estimate of mid November. That makes about eight months, or 240 days, since the original order was placed, which is more than double the max time they promised. This is unacceptable. I do not care if they have finally just now started processing this order, I want a full refund. It is quite obvious that they have only submitted the order AFTER receiving a complain against them for this order.

The refund check was...
delivered yesterday (9/16/15). It was dated 9/10/15 that the check was cut so this company even took it's time processing the refund. Not surprised.
