Please submit a copy of the check image as well. The math on the receipt does not add up correctly and the amount to be refunded needs to be verified by the check image.

The refund is in processing.

I am the customer, as my name is on the receipt/order form! The payment was from my partners account! Absurd? Is this how you treat all of your customers that request a refund? To make them miserable enough to give up so that you can pocket their refund? I want a check issued in the full amount and apologies for the accusations and rude treatment I have received from this individual. Urban Nation dies not put the customers satisfaction first and foremost. Again, I should not be treated this way so my because I asked for a refund. Now please have my refund resubmitted.

I do not care if it has FINALLY been processed (150 days AFTER the order was placed), I want a refund. You can stop the processing or eat the money, I don't care, but I'm not paying for your mistakes and/or dishonest methods. I will take this as far as I need to take it. You tried to scam the wrong person...

a reputable company would not have a client wait 4 months for a magazine subscription as this is a time sensitive product. A direct attempt at  communication between buyer and seller promotes good faith that is at this point the responsibility of the seller. This response only leaves more time to lapse before this company may or may not choose to disappear   Regards,

My receipt says we will receive the magazine 90 to 120 days from date ordered.  That would mean we should have them already and still don't.  It shouldn't of took me complaining for you to give me what I paid for.  This is poor business!!!!!
