We have reviewed the proof of purchase that was submitted to the complaint. The order was submitted to Urban Nation as a gift...

subscription. The complainant's information is only entered in the purchaser's field of the form. Therefore,  the order was gifted off. Nonetheless, we will refund the customer in the amount of $80. Please allow 7-21 days for receipt of your refund via [redacted] regular mail.

The refund has been mailed out as of Friday February 3, 2017.

We have already spoken to the customer regarding this matter and she was given the contact info for Mr. E[redacted] to speak to him at her request to resolve this issue. We sent the refund out to her to the address on her documentation that she provided to us via email. She failed to update her address...

with us until after the fact. In fact [redacted] is not the customer nor the recipient of the refund and this complaint is absurd. She requested that we stop payment and reissue the check. She was informed that the stop payment fee would be deducted from the refund amount. She requested the supervisor's info and it was given to her.

I'm not sure what number you called and whom you spoke to. Our office number is [redacted] We will be more than happy to discuss the order with you and come to some type of resolution.
