Customer ordered on Second on Third on was notifying us he opened a Revdex.com case We are a 3rd party seller that is restricted to the return policies of our vendorsThis vendor’s policy was a 30-day return policy [redacted] The email on 4/*/did go unanswered because it was sent to a do-not-reply address and the customer claims he never received the bounce back from our do-not-reply emailBecause the customer claims he never received the bounce back email, and didn’t receive a response from us until his second request on 11/**, when he sent an email to our customer support email, we are offering a full refund for the orderThe refund will be processed as a check refundThe check is going out Monday, February ***We have confirmed this with the customer See attachments

We have spoken to the customer they told us:"This item was not as described and is much cheaper looking than expected and didn't even include JellyfishPlease process this as FULL refund asap." The full transcript is attached. The refund policy is stated on our website and
is: "Jellyfish Art will accept returns and exchanges within days of purchaseOnly unused tanks can be returned for a refundA 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items.Return shipping is not included.Live jellyfish are final sale."We provided all return instructions to customerI wish we could priovide a return shipping label, but since there was no damage to the item, we have to follow our partners return policyThe customer has to send back at their cost, and there is a 15% restocking fee. I am very sorry the customer doesn't like the item, but it is as describedHere is the description:"It comes equipped with remote-controlled, color-changing LEDsYou’ll also receive an essential starter kit with everything you need to maintain the aquarium, along with a six-month supply of jellyfish foodThe tank measures by by inches and has a capacity of gallons." there is no direct proof or evidence that contradicts the non-authenticity of the item as detailed in the third party authentication report that I have shared with Revdex.comThere is only a total denial of the non-authenticity of the item by the merchant UrbanDaddy and baseless allegations that I, the consumer, am trying to scam them when in fact they have scammed meThey reiterate their claim that their supplier(s) are reputable and that the item is authentic but they did NOT provide any proof of this claimThey also advertise on their website as well as in communication that they stand by the authenticity of their merchandise - so then if they do, then they should at least at the very least prove to me that what I received is authenticBut they have shown me NOTHING except the claim that their supplier is reliable and they have the gall to insinuate that the customer is scamming themAlso as an alternative and in direct contradiction to their claim that I am scamming them, the fake Prada bag that I received from them is intact and has never been used not even onceI am able to ship this back to them upon full refund of $Sale of counterfeit merchandise is unlawful, and this is why their return periods should not applyI refuse to play for this item because as far as I am concerned I know it is counterfeitTheir claim regarding the chargeback is baseless; as I briefly mentioned my chargeback did not succeed due to a technicality - it took me a while to receive the statement of non-authenticity, I brought it around to two different Prada retail stores, but they refuse to authenticate Prada items bought outside of their retail storesPerhaps if they are so confident about the authenticity of this item they can provide me tangible proof i.ea statement from Prada certifying that their Prada bags are authentic

Thank you for your assistance in this. You should know that I received your email confirming that you had forwarded my complaint to UrbanDaddy and within the hour got an email from them saying they would issue a credit! Of course, it took several days for the actual credit to show up, but your email to them certainly got their attention! Thank you for all the good work you do in protecting customers

If you are contacted to participate in UrbanDaddy Perks please be aware it is a SCAM! We are an ethical company helping disabled artisans in Nepal sell their products internationally. UrbanDaddy sold our products in June and still has not paid us. They do not answer emails and the only phone number provided is disconnected. It is crazy that a company that big would take advantage of disabled weavers and never pay! Unbelievably unethical!
