We guarantee that this item (and all items sold on Perks) are 100% genuine. UrbanDaddy only features authentic merchandise, and we stand behind every product sold.
As noted in the return & exchanges policy for this item: "Returns will be accepted for unused items in original packaging only within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges are not permitted." Unfortunately this item is now far outside of the return policy.

Customer ordered on 10/*/13. First requested refund on 4/*/14. Second on 11/**/14. Third on 1/**/15 was notifying us he opened a Revdex.com case....

We are a 3rd party seller that is restricted to the return policies of our vendors. This vendor’s policy was a 30-day return policy. [redacted] The email on 4/*/14 did go unanswered because it was sent to a do-not-reply address and the customer claims he never received the bounce back from our do-not-reply email. Because the customer claims he never received the bounce back email, and didn’t receive a response from us until his second request on 11/**, when he sent an email to our customer support email, we are offering a full refund for the order. The refund will be processed as a check refund. The check is going out Monday, February [redacted]. We have confirmed this with the customer.

I am very sorry you are unhappy. We always do our best to adequately represent out products. We only use images and information we receive from our partner. Here is their website, the images and information are the same, [redacted]. The price on their site is $540.

UrbanDaddy
is a marketplace of sale. We do not hold or ship inventory. Our partners do
this. In this case out partner Jared L[redacted] shipped the item to the address
provided and tracking showed delivered. Per our contract we paid Jared L[redacted] on

Jared L[redacted] refuses to refund any shipments that have successful delivery. Even
though we won't be able to be recouped for our payment, we are offering to make
a one-time exception. The refund should post in 3-5 business days.

Trying to get in touch with [redacted] at the email we have on file[redacted] however she hasn't responded. Have sent two emails in the past 5 days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The item was absolutely not as described.  It was purposely misleading and no consumer should be responsible for any fees associated with false advertising.   This was an item being marketed as a $500-600 aquarium on sale for the bargain price of 380.  What arrived at my house was an embarrassing plastic fish tank that looked NOTHING like the photo on the website.

website they state, [redacted]"Tours include several tastings at each vineyard and live music for a duration of four hours." They stopped at the first winery for an hour, the second for an hour, and the thirdfor 2 hours. They mentioned Saturdays are crowded, but the wineries have enough staff for everyone to taste 4 wines in the allotted time. [redacted] did say the buses left 25 minutes late, however they sate in their confirmation email and website."Bus will return at approximately 6:30 pm.""**While [redacted] makes every endeavor to adhere to a schedule, [redacted] is not responsible for delays or cancellations. No refunds or credits will be made for schedule delays or cancellations. All carry-on luggage must be stowed safely in the overhead or under carriage compartments." - Confirmation Email AttachedWhile the buses did leave late, customer still got 4 hours at the winery, and the return time is approximate.                                                                    Lastly, [redacted] said there was live music at 2 of the 3 wineries. They said the live music is the wineries responsibly. However since we did say there would be live music at all three wineries, we have issued a $50 refund. The refund confirmation is attached. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience. We do our best to work with partners who can fulfill the experience they promise. While we understand the bus left late, and there wasn’t music, the member still attended the event in full, and [redacted] required full payment for all 4 attendees.
