Review: I placed an order for a Urban Daddy "Perk" as advertised online, that was supposed to ship on December [redacted], 2013. My credit card was immediately charged in full however my order has not shipped (now Dec [redacted]) and my reqests for a status update have been ignored. I have sent 2 emails to the customer service email provided with no response. I have called the customer service number provided (in the automatically generated response to my first email), and it goes straight to a voicemail system. Feels like a complete scam.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. It's a monthly subscription for 3 months...if they can't get this month out, when will next month come, and so on? If my order shipped today that would be satisfactory but I have a feeling that is not the case so I would like a refund and I will never purchase from this company again.

Review: I placed an order for three products on 1/**/14. One product was from Tego Power, and I did receive it. The other two products were from a different company, Core Lens, which I have not received to date. The purchase confirmation said the product(s) would be shipped within 2-4 bus. days of order receipt and to allow 5-12 bus days for shipping. I gave the maximum amount of days for receipt of products and then contacted Urbandaddy's customer support on 2/**/14, 2/**/14 and 2/**/14 both by email and phone - no live person answered so Ieft voicemails each time. I finally received a response on 2/**/14 from Urbandaddy, they followed up with someone I am guessing is the contact person at Core Lens and just asked this person to give me a status on the shipment. I received no response from anyone so contacted Urbandaddy by email on 2/**/14 asking for a refund. I have not received any confirmation that a refund will be issued or any response back from anyone, Urbandaddy or Core Lens who had been included in the last two emails so I followed up again on 2/**/14.Desired Settlement: It has been seven weeks since I ordered the products, I never received the products and contacted Urbandaddy multiple times. I have only received one response from them and I contacted them five times by email and three times by phone. I understand they're dealing with a third party but their lack of response didn't help and they are the ones who received my payment. I do not want a store credit as I will never buy anything from them again and never received the products to begin with so a store credit is not appropriate.

Review: I ordered three of the same item for Christmas gifts the weekend after Thanksgiving. The estimated shipping was 8 to 10 days. When the items had not arrived by December [redacted](3 weeks later), I tried to contact Urban Daddy. My emails were not answered and my phone messages were not returned. I was way for the holidays, and when I returned I received a brief email on January ** saying my items would indeed arrive. An email response A MONTH later. Today I tried to call multiple times to say I want to return the unopened box that arrived yesterday -- no answer even after six calls. I left a message, but since my message was never returned when I called in December.... I am afraid to return the items without talking to someone because I don't want to then argue over my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a call tag sent for return shipping and a full refund of the total amount to the original credit card.

Review: I ordered a product that was promoted on the Urban Daddy website. I found it was unsuitable and requested a return and refund. When I did not hear back from them I followed up and was told basically ‘tough luck, no refund’. So I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and I will advise my credit card company to withhold payment.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, in full including shipping charges.

Customer ordered on 10/*/13. First requested refund on 4/*/14. Second on 11/**/14. Third on 1/**/15 was notifying us he opened a Revdex.com case. We are a 3rd party seller that is restricted to the return policies of our vendors. This vendor’s policy was a 30-day return policy. [redacted] The email on 4/*/14 did go unanswered because it was sent to a do-not-reply address and the customer claims he never received the bounce back from our do-not-reply email. Because the customer claims he never received the bounce back email, and didn’t receive a response from us until his second request on 11/**, when he sent an email to our customer support email, we are offering a full refund for the order. The refund will be processed as a check refund. The check is going out Monday, February [redacted]. We have confirmed this with the customer. See attachments.

Review: On Nov **, 2013, I made an online purchase from UrbanDaddy.com of a "Perk" - a specially advertised product. This one was a "curated scotch sampler collection" for which I paid $45.00. My account was charged that day. Shipment date was to be Dec **, 2013. About mid-December, when it had not arrived, I emailed the company. Initially they were responsive and helpful, apologized for the delay and put me in contact with the supplier. The supplier said they had been "overwhelmed" with orders and would not be able to deliver in time for Christmas. The shipment finally arrived the first week of January and was not at all as advertised. This "curated sampler" consisted of 4 little plastic airline bottles of cheap scotch, which I could have purchased at my local liquor store for about $2 each. I have sent multiple emails with no response other than the "auto reply" message. I have called the company twice and always gotten answering machines or messages that the "mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages." I have researched this company online and found multiple similar complaints on Yelp.com about the poor customer service and, specifically, about this particular product. I have requested that my money be refunded and the company has completely ignored me. I have today filed complaints with the Ohio and New York Attorneys General offices, and will be contacting my bank to see if they can be of assistance.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I want a refund credit on the card the order was originally charged to. I'd like other consumers to be made aware of this company and it's false advertising and poor customer service. I'd like to see their "grade" on your website changed to an "F"

You should know that I received your email confirming that you had forwarded my complaint to UrbanDaddy and within the hour got an email from them saying they would issue a credit! Of course, it took several days for the actual credit to show up, but your email to them certainly got their attention! Thank you for all the good work you do in protecting customers.

Review: I place an order with Urban Daddy on 1/**/14 for a One Wide Angle Macro Lense for my iPhone for $39.00 total. I received an email confirmation that my order was received and payment was received that same day. After that email I never received an email with any updates on my order. I tried contacting Urban Daddys customer service phone number but you cannot get a live person. I followed the instructions on their website and emailed their customer service department requesting an update on my order or to at least direct me as to where I can track my order on 2/**/14. I received an automated response that a customer service rep would respond in 1 -3 business days. Never heard back from them. I emailed customer service again on 2/** advising them I had reached out to them once before about an update but I had not heard from anybody. Once again I requested an update on my order or at least on how to track my order. Once again I received an automated response that a customer service rep would resond to my email in 1-3 business days. I still have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my merchandise and if they cannot send it to me then I would like a refund.

Review: I ordered an item from Urbandaddy perks right after Christmas and in their confirmation online was told that it would be shipped in 7 business days. It has been almost A MONTH since my purchase. Despite my multiple attempts to contact their customer service team there has been absolutely no response, no refund and no confirmation of whatever happened to my order although they already charged me for it. Other consumers have had similar complaints as per these numerous yelp reviews of their appalling perks department-[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want to get my money back. I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to give this company my money ever again.

Review: I ordered a product through UrbanDaddy, and it was damaged when it arrived. The box it was shipped in was still in good condition, so the damage seemed to have happened prior to packing and shipping. I left a voicemail with the company and 3 emails, and when trying to call again received a "mailbox full" automated message. Their customer support is apparently completely nonexistent.Desired Settlement: I have requested either a refund or replacement of the order and have not received any response. A replacement would be ideal but at this point I'd settle for a refund.
