I purchased lots totaling a little over $on January 11th On February 1st I sent an email asking for an update on the items I had won I received a response reminding me that the auction indicated that it could take days or more but that it looked like my items were scheduled to be shipped the following week After more days I still had not received my items so I sent another email on Feb 13th asking for an update but did not get a response On Feb 19th I called and spoke with them and was told that my items went to the shipping company on Jan 21st They said they would check into it I received an email on the 20th indicating that they took items from the shipping company to ship themselves and that they would send me tracking information the following day Since then I have received no tracking information and I've sent additional emails asking for an update and called several times leaving voicemails with no returned calls or updates via email For a company that charges a 25% buyers fee I can't believe the lack of customer service I buy from several other companies that only charge a 15% fee and I receive my items within or days My fault for not reading the reviews however, after reading all these bad reviews I'm not sure how they are still in good standing with Revdex.com I'm just hoping to get my items but based on what I've read on here and the lack of communication and organization I've experienced so far I guess I should be grateful if I receive them at all Very disappointed Just one man's opinion but my advice is stay away from these guys They may be honest people (I hope) but this is no way to run a business and treat people given that they charged my credit card immediately after the auction I'm only putting star because isn't an option

I purchased some coins from this auction house days agoMy e-mails and phone calls have gone unansweredNo tracking number has been sent and clearly there is no effort to provide customer service to update on the shipment of goods that individuals pay for on the day of the auctionI will be submitting a claim against this business if it does not immediately respond to emails and meet its own terms of shipping the goods purchased to the buyer within days of purchase

I won a number of auctions during their day auction January 26,27,28, Two of my invoices were doubled billedI realized this when I received my credit card statement on Feb20thSo I tried to call and did not get throughFinally spoke to someone on Friday Feb and was told that they realized the problem and had issued credits back to my credit card company I kept checking my statement on line and the credits never showed upSo I tried calling numerous times and never heard back Finally I emailed them on March and received a call back on March I was told they could not figure out why the credits did not get processed but instead they would issue me checks in the duplicate amounts They said I should receive them within days I waited a week and never received the checks I then emailed more times March and March As of today I still have not heard back from them or received the checks I finally called my credit card company and explained the situ

The credits were issued the day we told you they were and the funds left our accountThe shipment of said goods also has been done and tracking numbers supplied.We are very sorry for the issue

I made two separate purchases from their auctions: one on Oct29, and the second on November 6, Both items purchased were paid for within days After the day waiting period I had not received my merchandise As I was spending the winter in Florida, I gave them a Florida address to ship them to After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, I finally got through to Bryan on December 23, I was told by Bryan that they could not ship to my Florida address, but they could give me a refund I agreed to a refund and was told it was processed The refund never came through Again, after numerous phone calls and emails all of which have gone unanswered, it is now January , 2017, still no refund
I have contacted Invaluable who forwarded my complaint to US Assets, they too have not received any response Would this not be a violation of their own policy?

Sir or Ma'am, I had won a few items from an online auction hosted by US Asset Forfeiture and Seizures INC on July 16, receiving shipping information on the items was difficult and even though I was told I would receive tracking information it was never providedI did receive an email telling me that two packages were shipped as of AugThe post office attempted to deliver the packages while I was not home and I picked them up directly from the post office on AugNeither package was damaged when I signed for them, upon arriving home I opened the first package and there was a paper inventory which stated the contents included silver oz bar, this was correctI opened the second package the paper inventory stated the contents were a Lot of random oz gold bars, a Lot of silver oz bars and a Lot of silver oz barsThis package only contained the silver bars in an unmarked bubble wrap, there was additional bubble wrap inside the package with a sticky note labeled

I won different auctions from (Invaluables Inc.) on Apr 23, My purchases were completed on Apr 24, This is a copy of the 2nd email I sent regarding my orderThis is my 2nd attempt at trying to receive a response in regards to my purchases for Invoice# ***On Sept 18, I sent a email concerning my purchase on Apr 23, where I won the auction for Invoice# ***I paid the full amount for the Invoice which was taken out of my account on Apr 24, I have placed numerous calls trying to receive my purchasesI have spoken to numerous customer service representatives who said, "I would hear something back soon"I spoke to Bryan (CEO of the company) weeks ago who stated that it was a problem with shipping and assured me that my items would be sentIt is now Sept 21, and I still have not received any communication in regard to my invoiceI placed calls on Friday, Sept 16, only to be told someone will contact me againIt has been over months

First off let me elaborate on some of the facts hereThe watch was sent to ROLEX to be authenticated as per our conversationsI asked you three months if you wished a refund and you stated in an email the following:
"Thanks for the response. I do not want the refund but the
watch I won. What is your shipping status. Thanks. ***" We also copied Invaluable Customer service this email from you when you filed a dispute with themAt that time told you we can refund you Immediately or you can wait for Rolex to authenticate and ship to usYou stated again you wanted the watch, no refund.
Last month we got the watch back and asked if you wanted it still and you stated yes, when we tried to ship it you emailed us that you were charging back ( contacting your card issuer)
" Hi, Since I won the auction, I did not received the watch yet. Let me know about your shipping status before call my credit card
company for the charge back."
I assume you did not do this because now this complaintI will see if the charge back has been initiated, or if we still need to refund you immediately and act accordingly

This company is a rip off Do not buy from them I bought items in December of and still have not received them Lots of runaround Terrible business

July 1, I bid on several coins (Gold and Silver) I paid the invoice with a Wire Transfer that week As of today I have not received this shipment,I have contacted Bryan several times both by phone and email He tells me he's going to replace my coins ,that was over a month ago, but nothing yetI've also talked to *** *** *** *** ***  I get very little response from Bryan We're talking about over $9,in merchandiseI need help! *** ***

The facts are not as you described. Your auction house brought down the gavel and declared me the winner. Invaluable’s only role was in transmitting that information to me. Invaluable has confirmed by e-mail that I was the winner of that lot and I also have screen images showing that to be so. The documents you created after the auction are irrelevant. If you sold my winning lot to someone after the auction, you have violated the rules auctioneers work by. I also take issue with your claim that you sell assets for pennies on the dollar every week. You post an expected auction price that is usually twice market price and then sell the items around market price or higher. I have never seen you sell anything at a fraction of market price.I insist that you honor my winning bidI consider anything less to be dishonest auctioneering

I just received the replacement coin Bryan said he was going to send me and it is beautiful! Bryan said he wanted to take care of me for the hassle and he did and I must say that I am 100% satisfied with this coin that will be part of my lifetime collection

I paid for my auction item (one), I never received my item, no phone call, email, or nothing at allThey have all my information on file, so I can bid on all kinds of itemsBut no one reply to meWhy not? I need my item send to me now

This business is not reputablethe owner/manager does not follcommitments made, items promised to be shipped repetitively miss shipping dates, items received have missing items, some items received were of low grade and quality and certainly did not meet auction listing estimatesone missing item was reported and confirmed to the owner/manager on 8/23/who committed to send the missing itemthere has been no further word from the business owner/manager and no response to email inquiries Reimbursement of overcharges from misleading auction item descriptions have not been acted upon This business' practice of 'terms noting shipping may take days or moreis a ruse to delay and obfuscate the obvious Until this business and its owner/manager can learn that honesty in business transactions, prompt folland prompt communications with customers are followed with equally prompt shipments and reimbursementsno one should consider this business reputable or patronize this businessperiod

I won an item from them on 4-4- and waited about months for delivery, I contacted them first on Aug 23rd and was informed that it has been shipped twice second time 6-11-and they said they would check to see where it ended up I e-mailed them back and was told it was delivered to may addressI never received the item I won or shipping info or tracking numbers for this delivery I mailed them back asking for this info on Aug 23rd 24th 28th and Sept with no responseI would like this info so I can check with shipping company to see about the delivery

In August of I purchased a silver coin from this business through its online auction serviceAfter waiting days to receive my merchandise, I called the office number on four separate occasionsEach time I was instructed to leave a messageto which a response never cameI finally called to request a refund on September 16, Again, I left a message and was never able to speak with anyone beyond the answering serviceMy wife and I finally took actionShe researched this company and finally found a number and Facebook account for the president, Aspen B***By Monday, September 19, 2016, a full refund had been processedProceed with extreme caution as my wife and I believe this is a possible scam/fraud waiting to happen
