US Asset Forfeiture & Seizures Inc Reviews (75)

I placed bids via the platform InvaluableUS Assets was the sellerthey allowed me to pay for items well over a month laterI thought I was automatically charged, I didnt realize I had to click pay now with the automated payment systemGot my product fast (days) and it was as described

I have placed a few orders with US Asset Forfeiture & Seizures and always been satisfied with my purchases Recently I had an order go missing, and the staff worked with me to track it down and resend, and upgraded one of my items to make up for the delay Items are always quality and as described Shipping could be faster

I won lots at an auction held 8/11/ I paid my invoice of $in full 0n 8/and received a “paid in full” response Now, a month after the auction, my items still have not been delivered
I see and appreciate from AFS’s response to other Revdex.com reviews that their situation is complicated somewhat by their relationship with vendors, courts, and seizure entities, and I understand the reasonableness of their terms of agreement that deliveries can take up to days or longer to be completed What I don’t understand is why, after numerous communications to them, from me and the hosting auction site (LiveAuctioneers), they don’t have the professional courtesy to reply to reasonable inquiries Just let me know if I can in fact expect ultimate delivery Silence leaves me only to guess
I also see some Revdex.com reviews where – after an extended delay – items eventually were delivered So I am holding out hopeINVOICE #*** if you're reading this AFS

MsAspen B:
Hello again after about emails and numerous phone callsOn Sept 19, 2016, I purchased two items in your auctionAfter a month I emailed and asked about the statusI was told it was at the shippers on its wayAbout weeks later I again emailed asking the statusAgain I was told it was on its wayAnother weeks passed and I had to bring into the communication link AuctionZip and after they emailed you numerous times I RECEIVED ONE ITEM NOT TWO I am still waiting the the second item for almost days nowI do not like to keep sending you emails but you give me no optionI sent you a Wells Fargo cashiers check and I was advised you cashed it in daysWHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THE SECOND ITEM PLEASE TELL MEI WANT THIS TO ENDYOU WIN!

I have been purchasing items from Bryan since While there is no way for a company selling online to be perfect, my purchases have been exactly as described and shipped within the parameters that they proclaimI am sure some people have trouble, but I for one have notI have spent over $100k with themIf you read the terms and understand the auction fees and the shipping it is rather simpleThey are not Amazon

I won a coin at auction from this company in early Nov I paid for the coin on Nov Since then I have not received the coin I have called their phone number or times (so many I am beginning to lose count), and sent or e-mails (same issue with remembering how many) and have yet to receive and answer or a return phone call The 1-phone number on the invoice is just an answering service that just takes my complaint and apparently drops it into a black whole This has been the most frustrating experience Do not expect good customer relations from this company months of no response it ridiculous

I have purchased from online auction from this business in the past, and although their delivery is slow (up to weeks or so,) I have previously received the items purchasedHowever, on Jan of this year I purchased items totaling $1942, my credit card was charged on Jan21, and I am yet to receive the itemsI waited about two months to contact them, as their previous filling of orders was slow, and when I contacted them I was told they would investigateI was then informed and was told the charge was reversed, but no credit has been issued to my credit card accountI have tried to contact them by email, but receive no response
Their invoice number ***

I won an Auction Several weeks ago and have not received my Coins that were won!

I bought a $*** watch from this seller on December
Instead of sending the watch to the destination address the seller has lost it

We are sorry he doesn't accept this factHe knows what happened to his goodsHe also is not in factual territory with his summation about our business, nor is Revdex.comWe handle over 7000-invoices annuallyWe have a total of filings over a year periodThat is less than 1% negativesWe stand behind this recordWhile we are very sorry and accept full responsibility for this issue with the client, we feel Even and f air judgement should be used

I purchased a lot consisting of a 5ozsilver bullion bar at an April 1st online auction for $including shipping and handling (invoice #***)I waited an appropriate amount time to contact them as to the status of my purchase because I hadn't received the itemUpon contacting the auction company they stated they hadn't received paymentI contacted my bank to inquire if the personal check I'd written had cleared my account and found payment had been made on April 16thI then contacted the auctioneer again, providing them with the check number and payment dateStill I received no shipping, tracking, or delivery informationI've attempted to contact them via phone, email, and through ***, where I found their auction listing, numerous times with no successI no longer receive any response from them about any inquiries as to my purchase and feel they have no intention of delivery or refund

I won a watch through the auction on Jan 1st and paid full amount on Jan 5th ( invoice # ***, Lot # ***) I never received any information about the shipping but told to waitAfter a few month of waiting also told the watch is in Switzerland for the aucenticity verification but never provide the informationAfter the numerous e mails and phone calls by myself and the broker company,( Invaluables Inc.) Bryan (CEO of the company) responded about the refund but never followedI would like to resolve the case by getting a full refund from the US Asset Frofeiture & Seizures IncAlso I would like to warn any potential customers about the poor response and communication of this auction house

#Extremely poor communication and outright lying when they do communicateThe phone number listed for them on their site does not work877-552-is never answeredGoogle returns 866-606-6111, which although answered by someone (most of the time) is never answered by anyone with any info about the won auctionThey always ask to leave a message with a callback number, which I did 5+ times, and never once did I receive a callback from someoneI received a few messages through your site from them that were outright lies, specifically on 10/that I was emailed the tracking on my package (I was not) and I

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However, the facts are not correct The card WAS AND IS in my name I wanted merchandise shipped to a different address because I was moving within the wait time for shipping the items I was never contacted that the shipment was NOT being processed for the reasons they stated; which are apparently valid Also the communication from them after many many attempts were horrific I did finally receive reimbursement for the purchase and I am satisfied with the outcome Unfortunately the the road to the end was mostly one way
Sincerely,

US Asset & Forfeiture & Seizures conducted an online auction and I had the winning bid on a 1909S Mint State NGC US $StGaudens Gold PieceThe auction was held on 05/20/ I paid with my credit card $1,300.00, a premium of $325.00, and shipping of $for a total of $1, This amount was charged to my credit card on 05/27/ I realized that it could take days or longer to receive the coin, but it is now months and I still have not received the coin I tried to contact the company numerous times to ask when I would receive the coin, but the telephone number only connected me to a voice mail and my many messages were never answeredI would like to receive my coin or have the total amount charged to my credit card returned to me

AFS IncSilvana, WA (antique Finders Service) and
US forfiture $ Seizures Inc Stanwood WA
Run auction businesses through the large auction website called "Invaluable", a competitor to EbayI made several payments to both entites sow below in detailTo date I have received no merchandiseNeither company will respond to my copious emails with shipping tracking numbersWhen I contacted Invaluable they confirmed that both companies are run by one person who gets a lot of complaints and "he's hard to get a hold of" Invaluable said they try to get a hold of this person, but they too have "ghosted"meBut Invaluable told me the he DOES NOT ACTUALLY HAVE THE MERCHANDISE HE IS SELLING and uses stock photos of the times he auctions! If true I doubt this is legal and its certainly not ethicalAfter investigating myself, the Revdex.com website is chock full of complaints on these entitiesThis company maintains and F rating by the Revdex.com
