Won items on their auction site and still have not received themBryan claims my items are already gone but most likely they never existed except in photo formThe listings, which I have copies, said nothing about like items, as Bryan claims, and it clearly says in the Terms and Conditions to view the photos in order to judge the coins before biddingThat does not make sense if the photos are not of the real coins how can I make a determination of the coins to place a bidBryan must use photos of higher quality coins then send lower quality coinsBryan's shipping department gets the blame from himThey sent me the wrong shipment of coins, which I am holding, and has threatened me with a lawsuit unless I send them immediately but Bryan not sending me my items must be OK with himDoes not seem right to me

Hello ***I would like to add this to my complaint as a request for my case to be resolved.I dont want any items/thing from US AssetsI waited days I 've made inquiresNothing I just want a refund and be on my wayI've already started the process with my banks and ask US Assets not

I wished I looked at there reviews before buying from themThis place is an absolute joke over promise under deliverBought a bag of Morgan dollars and most of them are so worn you can't even tell the datesWorst customer service I have ever dealt with

I have called every week for a month on a double payment and each time I called someone would say they will send it over to billing department which I never received a call back it's been weeks now and I still don't have the items I bid on This company should be shut down

Only issue is the shipping timeI buy and resell on EbayIf I held an order on Ebay for days I would get suspendedSurely there is a better system.....I understand the logistics of your operation being spread out and for that reason you really need to find a better mouse trapGreat coins but a horrendous wait time

bought quite a few items at auction, paid for them, and over a month later have not recieved items Numerous phone call s made, but no body returns calls

I particapated in two auctions that took place at the end of March, Thier invoice instructions state to contact them to pay your invoiceWhen I called to get thier wiring instructions they were sent to me in a corrupted attachment that would not openWhen I requested another copy they refused to send itFinally after contacting the Auction House iCollector, I recieved the wiring instructions printed inside an emailI paid my two invoicies on April 21st the day after I recieved the wiring instructionsNow they refuse to send me the items I paid for

I was the winner of lots at auction in mid februarymy check for roughly $cleared my bank on 3-7-today is 6-7-and all efforts to contact the company have failedtheir toll free phone number is no longer in service and many many messages left at 206-319-are ignored as are my emails

Asset Forfeiture and Seizures sel some of the lowest grade merchandise available They give an estimated value for the merchandise they sell but rarely is this a reflection of the actual value Make sure to keep them accurate in the description because many times these descriptions are deceiving and once I received an entirely different item than the one in the picture although of the same value

I am a firm believer in fair reviewing for others informationWhile everyone cannot always be 100% sure what they are bidding on is accurateI wanted to tell users that MY experiences are good with this companyI have spent well over $100,and while yes the shipping can take time, the goods are always first rateThe shipping is done by a third partyI would suggest that they do in house shipping as my only concern

I have purchased approximately 80,dollars worth of primarily coins, gold and silver from US Assets Forfeitures and Seizures over a span of monthsI was told that it may take days or possibly more to receive the merchandise once the checks clearI purchase and resell many of the items I purchase and was prepared to wait the to daysHowever as time has dragged on I know have waited in some cases months and still do not have the items I purchasedIt is now to the point where Bryan Aspen will not return phone calls or emailsIt is my contention that he is ignoring me and has no intension on retuning my money or sending me the itemsIt appears that my money is in jeopardy and my only recourse now will be to file a lawsuit against both US Assets and Invaluable the auction company that represents them

The client has been shipped the goods, and it is disclosed PRIOR to allowing them to bid that it takes 30 days, from payment. NOT AUCTION DATE!
The payment and shipments all happen within 30 days.

Dear Mr. [redacted], you claimed you were filing a chargeback, we didn't fight the chargeback, therefore it is up to you and your card issuer. If we could, we would do more, however, this is the 4th time you have filed on the EXACT SAME CLAIM. Please do not continue to drag us into this debate. Please email us the card issuers statements for the past year, perhaps if they haven't sent it to you, and you can prove it, we will file from our end.
We want you to be happy and to be sure you get the item or your funds returned.
