I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. That being said, USC's assertion that I was advised that 10 hours of local usage was included is patently FALSE. I was never given any understanding that the local usage was limited to 10 hours; if I was, I would never have been so shocked and upset to be charged for exceeding 10 hours of local usage. The customer service representative misled me regarding the policy about local usage and USC should take responsibility for that.Furthermore, while the matter today was attended to quickly and efficiently after I posted to multiple social media outlets about my negative experience, previous attempts (in the neighborhood of 4 or 5) to reach customer service representatives to resolve this matter went unaddressed. USC representatives should thus be more proactive in responding to customer concerns.

The consumer agreed to the price increase because of this historic event; they cannot ask for a refund of the price increase after it was already accepted by them.We standby our offer of $300.00 refund.

This statement is not accurate. We asked for outlets initially, the wifi was additional. We did not want it at no cost. We asked for a price with and without wifi which your company failed to produce. We were told to have a rider make their phone a hot spot, but we are not guaranteed service everywhere. Also, we refused to speak with you on the phone until a quote with and without wifi was provided. That is why we never had a conference call. The $250 is not vaild if you stated we had to pay to SEE a bus and then were charged 4x the amount we expected.

In order to make it crystal clear we would, once again, like to reply to US Coachways, Inc.’s (USCI) latest response of 9/**/14.    
The $951.30 fare REFUND (only due to the NY Attorney General’s involvement) USCI offer was and had to be ACCEPTED by us because we had NO LEGAL RECOURSE and they even gave us THE  9/**/14 (!) DATELINE to do so, BUT this acceptance by no means, meant we were SATISFIED with this outcome.   If we had taken legal action, it would have cost us an extra $500 arbitration fee and potential protracted expensive legal wrangling.  We recognize now that the obligatory USCI contract each customer has to sign to get USCI bus brokerage services (they subcontract to multiple other bus companies, and don’t appear to possess their own fleet) covers them for every potential occurrence possible plus additional fees.  Our losses were in excess of $11,500, as detailed in our complaint filed with the NY Attorney General’s and your office.  In response to their achievements and claims of “…transparency…”, “….grossing over 30 Million…”, and, “...the Official Charter Bus Company of [redacted]”, etc., the sources below paint a very different picture of this company:

US Coachways has made every effort possible in good faith to settle the dispute with the consumer and has offered more money back that what we are contractually liable for per the provisions of the agreement; please see attached.
US Coachways urges the consumer to accept the $300.00 refund as this is our last and final offer. Should the consumer decline this offer from US Coachways the consumer will forfeit and previous offers made by US Coachways Inc and can choose to seek refund through litigation.

I have reviewed the consumers complaint and decline a full refund as this is an unrealistic request as services were utilized and rendered.
Our last offer to the consumer was $500.00 in which the consumer has not responded to this offer.

The business holds their customers to a higher standard that they themselves are not willing to uphold.  Yes they have everything spelled out in their Terms and Conditions, but to cover themselves in the event that they do not deliver on their service.  I am glad that I backed out of a contract with them.  If they were not able to deliver after 1 day of signing the contract, how will they perform for the rest of the contracted period.  They should be more concerned for their customers than lining the pockets of their investors.

I see no signature on the attached document. When I click on the link, I am asked for a log in and ID.  I have NEVER argured the fact that we were asked into a meeting. What you have FAILED to mention, time and time again, is that we asked for a quote prior to getting on the phone with you. How can you discuss costs if we have NOTHING to reference?!?!!! STOP making your company look as if you did nothing wrong when you have scammed us! Your Revdex.com reviews speak for themselves. A majority, if not all of the comments are NEGATIVE! This is not a reputable company whatsoever. Not pleased with the results and excuses you have given thus far. Your response is unacceptable. Sir, what you have said is that you can not meet any of our wants (WiFi, outlets, newer buses), that you will match the price of a competitor, but won't honor your orginal quote, can't promise anything but a bus with TV's and a radio. And you are saying that we have to pay almost the same price as a bus company that can promise me wifi, outlets and other updated amenities.
Furthermore, we were able to veiw the buses AND get a quote BEFORE booking.
I have asked for (and not received) a quote with all fees, discounts and credits for a bus with and without WiFi, when can I expect that?
This process is tedious and cumbersome. If we can't get a hard quote, then why would we expect excellent service? Am I asking for something that can't be done? Please understand our questions, as we asked for these things in the past and are now going back and forth over a $250 cancellation fee because of unanswered questions. This is the reason why you were included Mr. L[redacted]. Please sir, assist us so that we can say yes and book or move forward with our dispute of the $250.

There is no way I am accepting anything other than my 100% refund in the amount of $900.34The bus that we booked never showed upI had a trip booked for that day in which my organization was taking students to visit Rutgers UniversityThe students, myself and my chaperones stood outside in the cold for more than 2 hours waiting on this bus that supposedly was in Harlem and making its way to Brooklyn to pick us upthe company claims that I gave them a Harlem address to pick us up at in which I did notbut even If I did I spoke to US Coachways that morning and anthony in dispatch assured us that the bus was in route to Brooklynand it NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT FOR  A BUS THAT NEVER SHOWED UP MEANING US COACHWAYS BASICALLY CHARGED ME $900.34 FOR A BUS/SERVICE THAT I NEVER USED BECAUSE IT NEVER ARRIVED AT OUR BROOKLYN LOCATIONOther issues that were caused due to US Coachway bus never showing up are:1. Because the students were dropped off by parents and in our care for the day we had to make alternate plans and take them to another event that cost me $600 for tickets along with approximately $112 in transporationI also want that back from US Coachways2. This has affected my organizations reputation amongst our financial supporters---We raised money for this trip by fundraising online as well as amongst family, friends and colleaguesFolks as well as we were awarded a small grant to cover costs for this trip and the NON PROFIT that awarded us the grant and the friends and family that donated money did so to support kids that were visiting a University they ddid not donate money to us so that we could just GIVE US COACHWAYS EXTRA MONEY IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT!3. I am now in debt for the $900.34 plus the $600 plus the $172 (approximate cost) because of US Coachways negligence

 Every step of this contract and your business  practices are misleading. I wish have we have read the reviews prior to renting. Since apparently this company will not take responsibility, I will have to escalate this claim by requesting another investigation into this company to a possible class action thru the Attorney General and and every other consumer affair agencies as well as  responding back to the television stations investigative department.  We didn't receive what we requested period. Because of the crunch in time we had to be at our destination we had no choice but to use your unsafe bus, the one we never requested as a way for you to avoid being sued. You purposely mislead the consumer. Your company even tried to settle for a ridiculous low amount to settle this which proves wrong doing

It is a matter of opinion and not fact; the bus was able to successfully navigate through the streets with no issue.   US Coachways stands by its offer that it has previously submitted.
