The consumer booked on 3/**. The trip was already close to being over hours & miles so the drivers had to go off duty when they arrived at their destination and the consumer was made aware of this at the time of bookingThe consumer did not provide her itinerary until 3/**. When the final itinerary was reviewed we immediately noticed the consumer  needed the vehicles to drive them around locally the whole time. The consumer was advised that the local service would make the trip illegal and we could not accommodate the local services and the drivers would have to go off duty. It wasn't until 4/** that decided she wanted to cancel because we couldn't perform an illegal trip for herUS Coachways stands by its original decision to deny the consumer a refunds based on the provisions of the agreement. We kindly ask the Revdex.com to administratively close this case.

 Where does the consumer get protection?  I'm sure every business has this clause somewhere in small print but when a consumer hires a company to perform a service they don't think at the last minute this company is not going to perform this service and then be forced to find another company on their own to do the job that the original company was supposed to do.  I think it is horrible business practice to not stand behind their service and take care of the consumer in an instance like this.  US Coachways was clearly at fault in not providing transportation for a wedding an hour before the ceremony was to begin!  They did not provide alternate transportation, left the customer's guests stranded, and then won't make good on reimbursing the customer the extra money it cost to replace there service with another company.  They need to be responsible to the consumer not their bottom line!

We have reviewed the consumers complaint and have declined the refund requested.   In good faith the consumer was offered a $50.00 credit to be used towards future services.   It is the consumers responsibility to review the terms and conditions of the policy before entering into...

agreement. The provisions of the agreement stipulate the overtime charges and cleanup fees.   If the consumer engaged or supplied the driver with any money to cleanup this is not policy.

offering §300. I find it just unreal. I need to be reimbursed for the money that the people didn't pay me back due to US coachways' unprofessionalism. This bus was way overcharged and they did not deliver what was promised et contracted. Shameful.

 What about the $800 we had to incur because of US Coachways cancelling an hour before they were supposed to pick up our guests?  We were told to send US Coachways the receipts from the company we were able to find.  We feel that US Coachways should have taken care of getting us another bus at such short notice.  We had a contract with them and they failed to provide us with the service promised for our son's wedding.  They act like it is a big deal that they reimbursed us the original amount.  Of course they should have reimbursed us, they didn't provide the service, but they are doing nothing about the $800 we had to put out because of this cancellation.

The written contract was rendered void when US COACHEAYS stated the bus I was chartering had A/C and the bus I was sent did not have properly functioning A/C equipment.  As a consumer I should have been notified of this issue prior to getting on the bus with my 16 passengers in 100 degree temperatures and subjecting us to unhealthy and downright unsafe conditions.  I was not given honest disclosure of the conditions nor the decision to postpone the trip and reschedule, therefore leaving passengers sickened and the event totally ruined.  I demand full refund for the event.

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint.  Without any knowledge or consent of US Coachways the consumer had applied a vehicle wrap to our vehicle resulting in exterior damage to our vehicle after the wrap had been removed. In addition the consumer utilized the vehicle in excess of the...

contractual time they had been quoted on thus resulting in overtime as per the provisions of the agreement in which the consumer entered and agreed upon. US Coachways has not other consumer information other then what has been provided. The charges remain valid; therefore we decline any request for refund.

 First the dispatcher of this organization was notified, if they look at their records they will see the complaints of his driving as well as his nasty attitude was reportedto the dispatcher. If the dispatcher did not log this in his records, the whole company is a scam. Not notifying the state troopers was my mistake. My daughter was being ordained a minister I wanted to be there, truthfully  and I was hoping he would get it together.I will provide a copy of the phone call from my cell to dispatcher.Second, when I contacted the agent I made the reservation for the charter I disclosed everything about this driver, from the driving. his very nasty attitude,and not showing up on time for the pickup. I had a 12:15pm pick up to be a church at 12:30 pm for a 1:00 pm program. The program was 1 hr. I spoke to the driver to remind him. He showed up 1:30pm, after I called the dispatcher, the agent I reserved charter, and even the hotel he was staying. I will also get phone records of this.Third, when I reserved the charter it was for a 30 charter, the agent I worked with notified after I reserved, due to not having a 30 passengers, they would be sending a 24 seat bus, I asked about refund for smaller bus, he did say no but it would be a 2014 bus. I received a old bus.Last if the company believed none of the above happen, why offer anything. After this incident I read some of U.S. Coachways reviews, the occurrences I hadexperienced from the driving, to the mannerism of the drivers plenty other customers have experienced. It is a shame when a company will not take  public safety seriously when their business is dealing with the public. I have reviewed the consumers complaint; the consumer was charge a deposit of $635.60 back on 11/** and was refunded back $635.60 back on 12/**/2016. The consumer contract has been cancelled.  Please consider this case closed.

I will locate our emails and get a signed a letter from another individual who spoke to David A[redacted] as well who we dealt with and discussed this arrangements with. Your own website even states what each bus is equipped with, so is that false advertisement? We never agreed to a third party handling our business transaction and we were specific on what bus we wanted, a US Coachways Charter bus. I will retrieve our recorded conversations I have had with David A[redacted] and Donna Y[redacted] during this process as well as other statements from individuals who had the same unfortunate experience. Lets not prolong this. Since I am going thru this process with the Revdex.com i'm going thru the media. I will forward you a copy of the complaint i'm also filing with the Attorney General.
