This is my formal complaint so it should be noted regardless of whether or not I signed the contract Every person that rides any of your chartered buses are customers and has a right to complain I never stated or suggested that the the contract was with my minor daughter simply that my minor daughter was a customer and thus I had a right to advocate a complaint on her behalf On the other hand, you are correct in that I am not the one who signed the contract and not the one who should receive a refund which is why my complaint and resolution could've been solved when I originally contacted you last week about replacing the bus not refunding

The consumer had originally contracted for (10) buses on 06/**/charter( #*** at a total cost of $12, @ $per bus. The consumer cancelled (8) of their buses bringing new
charter cost to $
The consumer sent two payments via check and those amounts are as follows

The consumer has another contract for 06/**/which is charter *** which she purchased in the amount of $for two buses @ $per busThis charter was cancelled by the consumer.
The payment received on this charter was a deposit check in the amount of $received on 04/**/

Unless the consumer can supply the Revdex.com and US Coachways with copies of the checks I would urge the Revdex.com to administratively close this case

Good evening I understand that parents have the right to lodge a complaint on behalf of a minor however this is not the case.The consumer who purchased this charter was not a minor and at no point in time has contacted US Coachways to file a formal complaint. US Coachways has no knowledge of this person and ask the Revdex.com to kindly direct the consumer that complaints should be filed by the person who has entered into contract and paid US Coachways directly, in this case it was not a minor and we have no way of identifying that this individuals who is complaining.US Coachways kindly request that this case be closed as the complainant is not the contracting party therefore any offer of a refund or customer service related issues should not be negotiated with this person

yes the consumer was quoted an amount of $but US Coachways policy is
that we book on a first come; first serve basis; pricing can change at any time
due to availabilityThis is the same scenario as booking an airline ticket
where prices can change at any timeIf consumers book during an off peak period
or in advance notice to their trip date rates may be lower; the consumer failed
to take advantage of this offer at the time and when they called back at a later
date the consumers rate had increased due to low availability
US Coachways policy as per the
attached example clearly indicate that a **% deposit is due upon booking and
final balances are to be paid ** days prior to their charter dateShould the
consumer cancel ** days in advance prior to their charter date we would impose
a $clerical fee for charters consisting of $or lessAny
charters of $or more would result in a $clerical fee

I don't believe that it's a fair offerI already had to compensate my guests because they did not have wifi nor the outlets as requested originally and several email were sent regarding this factThen, to get a bus without a working DVD player made it worse and this is not the first issue with US CoachwaysLast year, we were sent a bus with less seats than requested and my patrons had to sit to a seat and just a few months ago, we were sent a bus without a working DVD and they are aware of thatWe will never use them again.

Contract changes must be received in writing and must be approved by your project managerAll changes must be submitted to U.SCoachways, Incat least seven (7) business days prior to Charter departure dateNo change or modification of this confirmation shall be valid unless approved by U.SCoachways, IncChanges may increase your charter rateThere is no charge for the first contract changeThe 2nd change to your itinerary will result in a $feeAny additional changes will result in a $fee per change

Once again the consumer made changes to the itinerary and US Coachways imposed a free for this changeThe “Free” change the consumer keeps referring to is the fees that US Coachways applies for processing which is waived
US Coachways does not have a limitless fleet that we were able to offer the consumer a smaller bus as they had requestedNor in our contract do we state we will be able to accommodate any such change requested; it has to be approved by management in which this case it was not

US Coachways will be issuing the consumer a full refund for the cancellation of services

US Coachways has reviewed this complaint and declines to offer the consumer refund as these accusations are completely and without merit.We have interviewed the driver and based on our findings the driver made a comment that if you can "try not to go #2" in the bathroom" because buses do not
have any filtrations for its bathroomsTo put it simply buses with restroom are simply porter potties on wheels and serve as a holding tank so traveling with 50+ people on board a bus its very possible that an odor can occur.We standby our original decision of a $refund

This process is tedious and cumbersomeIf we can't get a hard quote, then why would we expect excellent service? Am I asking for something that can't be done?
