Savannah S. is AMAZING - we have a really complicated situation and she has worked SO HARD helping me get our work done to be set up in the system! Then, the property in question got put into a trust and the nightmare getting it changed was even bigger - but not too big for Savannah! She was ALWAYS kind, always responsive, never got mad/frustrated (I never even felt like she was irritated with me and she should have been!). I appreciate her so much! I only deal with one government contract so have no experience doing this. The frustration was so great - she is one of the reasons we have been able to continue with this contract! Christie J. with Andrea A. has been great for us. Very professional and has been quite attentive to our needs. The majority of our questions and concerned were answered in a very timely manner. Andrea will return all calls and emails the same day and Christie will return all emails within 24 hours. I would highly recommend USFCR. We would still be trying to figure out the registration process, but this team of professionals had us approved within weeks. The approval process is predicated upon us as the entities to return all of the requested documentation by USFCR within a timely manner, then they guided us through step by step.
