I was a little intimidated by the registration process, but Elizabeth S. was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable of the requirements and made the process easy for me.

They are so help full! With Christy and Huff I never have to do very much and what I do have to do they hold my hand the whole way.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary K. on a rather difficult situation we found ourselves in. Ms. K. worked tirelessly to find the root cause of our problem and exhibited the upmost determination to help us rectify it. The process took several months, and rarely was there a working day where Ms. Kelly did not contact me to either provide status on our case, gather more details to assist her in solving our case, or simply to let me know that she was still working heartily behind the scenes. Ms. Kelly had to pull in several colleagues and supervisors in order to resolve our case and it was very clear to us that Ms. Kelly is not only very adept at what she does but that she truly cares. s is a registered with SAM and we would not have been able to get that done without the knowledge and help from USFCR and it's employees. They know there way around the Governments registration process.

We are also registered as a WOSB ( woman owned small business ) and this would never have happened without there team. This year we found that we needed to recertify our WOSB and within their 1st e-mail we knew what they needed, sent them the info and BINGO we are recertified as a WOSB.
