USFCR Inc is only a third party consulting service, but they made signing up for SAM a snap even though we were being difficult! The federal contract search program was worth it by itself, learned a ton about federal contracting through dealing with them! Huff and Savannah have been great.

I hit a snag during my renewal process of my company's SAM account. Elizabeth S. was able to come up with a workaround solution and help me complete the application. She was responsive to my emails was also available via phone. Elizabeth was not only quick (my deadline was only two days away), but she was efficient. I am extremely satisfied with the service Elizabeth provided!
