USFCR performed the services I hired them for expeditiously and professionally. I cannot say they are necessarily the best value for the money (they seem to be quite expensive all things considered) and the original sales person's attitude was a little to "whatever, dude" for me, however the individual assigned as my "Lead Case Manager, Christie J. did a good job. She kept me informed and moved the process along. From beginning to end it took less than 7 business days (I had already been registered with CCR).

Mr., in his complaint, does not say anything more than that we offered services that were never delivered. He also references lots of broken promises and lots of excuses. Mr., however, does not specify anything beyond this umbrella-like complaint. As I previously explained to Mr. on September 18 (see attached email), he signed a contract with us on June 29 for a SAM Registration, registration in the federal wide-area workflow (WAWF) system, a federally formatted website, a list of prime contractors and contracting agencies in his industry, activation of bid notifications, and access to our AFPDS. We completed the registration on July 13, which we notified Mr. about on that day. Mr. confirmed with our office on September 14 that everything was in place with his SAM Registration, and his case manager confirmed that the registration was current and valid. We completed his WAWF and confirmed with him by email on August 24); we completed his website and confirmed this with him by email on August 1; we sent him a list of prime contractors and contracting agencies in his industry on August 1; we activated bid notifications for him from FBO.gov, and notified him of doing so, on July 19; and we gave him access to our AFPDS on the day he signed his contract, and notified him of this by email. According to our records, he's never accessed AFPDS. He spoke with his acquisition specialist, and then with one of our owners, on August 16 about receiving a white paper. This white paper was not part of the services he purchased, but we agreed to provide him with one. While we've been drafting one specific for him and his industry, we sent him a general white paper about contracting in general. Mr., despite receiving all of the services he purchased, requested a full refund on September 18. We could not offer him any type of refund, since more than 48 hours has passed since he signed his contract (we offer full refunds for clients who cancel within 48 hours of signing a contract) and because we've provided all of the services he purchased. We've delivered the services he purchased, as the attached documents support. Mr. complaint does not reflect our business practices. Please feel free to reach out if you need additional information.

Christie and the team are very professional, proactive and customer service oriented. The process/procedures used are designed to produce a quality outcome for customers.
